After 14+ years of treating skin, I can always tell who’s been taking care of themselves ✨ And I don’t mean in a perfect, never miss a step kind of way. I mean the clients who genuinely prioritize themselves. Who sleep. Who manage their stress. Who stay consistent with their treatments even when life gets busy.

No big plans for the holiday wknd
Just one random reel that popped up on my feed and shared in the mom chat… and suddenly we were buying paint, grabbing plain white T-shirts, and spending the afternoon making our own USA flag shirts. 🇺🇸❤️💙
