Welcome to the world, Sofia Vittoria Bard 🩷Born Tuesday, December 9th, 2025

All glory and praise to God for this incredible blessing. And to my amazing wife, @isaafino your prayers for a natural delivery were answered. Watching you bring Sofia into this world with such strength and courage gave me a whole new perspective on life. I’ll carry that moment with me forever.

Huge thank you to our doula, @hollylcomer (@holly_thebirthdoula) for her steady support and guidance throughout the entire process. We couldn’t have asked for better.

Sofia came into this world a whopping 4 lbs 7 oz, full term, tiny but already acting like she runs the place. Passed every test like it was nothing.

Still taking it all in after an unforgettable week back in Maine celebrating my beautiful little sister Emily marrying the love of her life. Our whole family was together for the first time in a while, and it couldn’t have been a more special setting to make new memories with the entire crew.
