Hello to all of my followers and supporters! I want to formally introduce myself and share a little about who I am and what got me here.
My name is Kashan Khan and I founded SBG Visionaries in late 2018. Other than being a media entrepreneur, I am a husband to a beautiful wife. We got married in 2021 and have a beautiful baby daughter who was born in October 2023. I am 28 years old and was born in Northern Virginia to parents of Pakistani 🇵🇰 descent. I have been in various career fields before starting SBG Visionaries. My first job while still a senior in high school was as a stylist at Nordstrom. I’ve always had a passion for fashion and that job helped me follow it and also learn sales and effective communication skills with clients. My next and most long term career was in banking. I worked 6 years as a banker and also was a real estate agent for 2 years. When I started in media, I had no intention of getting in to weddings. My main focus initially was to interview local business owners, tell their stories, and make motivating content. That led me to film my cousins restaurant who at the time owned a local restaurant that also specialized in holding small wedding events. My goal was to make a promo video for him but while doing that, I met my first major connection who was an event decorator @decorbyrubyy. She sparked my interest in weddings and as a visionary I then envisioned that this is my calling and that everything I worked for was falling in place as this allowed me to really enjoy my craft and meet amazing clients for whom I can create everlasting memories for. I quit my bank job in early 2021 and pursued my media business full time. Following my passion for fashion, I also started a clothing line last year with my friend Waqar called Dilkash (@dilkash_men). My team consists of my brother @kam_theman and @m_waqar689. I am grateful to have an amazing team that motivates one another and brings their own creativity to the table. I truly love what I do and I’m blessed to work in beautiful places with amazing couples, vendors, and individuals in the industry. I appreciate everyone who has supported me in this journey. All praise is due to Allah! by @sbg_visionaries
