🚗 SBSW Drive Safe: Safe Streets Start With Me! 🛑

High Desert roads belong to all of us, and keeping our community safe starts in the driver’s seat. School Bells and Safe Wheels (SBSW) is launching the SBSW Drive Safe Pledge to build a movement of conscious, responsible drivers across our neighborhoods.

Taking the pledge means committing to:

📱 Zero Distractions: Putting phones away while driving.

🛑 Safe Speeds: Respecting speed limits and road conditions.

🚫 Sober Driving: Never driving impaired or overly fatigued.

🚸 Protecting Others: Keeping pedestrians, cyclists, and families safe.

🤝 Leading by Example: Setting the standard for our youth and neighbors.

Every pledge counts toward making our streets collision-free.

I took the road safety pledge today! When I ran for office I swore to fight to make our streets safer. In the first 2 years of my term I have voted for critical infrastructure repairs all over Hesperia. Specifically, District 1 streets such as Cottonwood, 7th St, 3rd St, Maple Avenue and more have seen miles of serious repair. I’m committed to working hard to keep Hesperia safe. CHANGE WE CAN SEE!
