Welp, the laurel ultra did not go as planned. Not sure if I got extremely dehydrated, which I doubt since I downed salt sticks and at least 1500 mg of sodium by the time I got sick, or that mixed with Lyme still, I could barely move, laid on the ground for a while until the sweep came and got to a service road and Chris is an angel of a guy gave me a blanket and a chair where I sat in the sun shivering for the next hour plus. Wasn’t going to make the cutoff and got picked up, only 8 miles in. 🤦‍♂️ went from feeling great to wow I’m done. Need to look into this and figure stuff out. Upset, but feeling more like a medical DNF than a real decision. by @sbuggy
