In Chinese medicine the brain is where the 100 Gods meet.
In Western medicine the brain is where white matter creates cells that the body using to heal itself.
The brain in TCM doesn’t have a soul, the body has 5 of them according to TCM, the brain is a tool and it needs to be sharpened yet a blade sharpened too much is just as inefficient as a dull blade

Today people think too much and wonder why people have brain abnormalities, stress and anxiety.
Last example if you drive a car too much without maintenance it breaks down, you don’t drive a car at all it also breaks down.

Maintenance is longevity

@scalarplasmax Fun Fact : Researchers at McGill University have found that briefly treating peanuts with cold plasma, an ionically charged gas that triggers chemical changes, reduces their potential to cause allergic reactions. The researchers say this is probably because the process causes changes to the protein structure, the part of the peanut that can trigger an immune response. The technology was also shown to improve functional properties important for food manufacturing. imagine blasting your food on a daily basis? by @scalarplasmaxxing

Billions of neurons continue communicating through electrical and chemical signals. Yet as you transition from wakefulness into deep sleep, the patterns of that communication change dramatically.

Your brain doesn’t simply switch off.

It changes its electrical rhythm. by @scalarplasmaxxing

🧠 BRAIN: EEG signals are commonly measured in microvolts (µV), often around 10–100 µV at the scalp.

❤️ HEART: Electrical activity recorded by an ECG commonly produces signals around 1 millivolt (mV) at the skin.

💪 MUSCLES: Surface EMG signals can range from microvolts to several millivolts depending on muscle activity.

🫀 HEART CELLS: Ventricular muscle cells have a resting membrane potential near −90 mV.

🧬 NERVE CELLS: Many neurons maintain a resting membrane potential near −70 mV.

🦠 STOMACH: Its electrical slow waves typically occur around 3 cycles per minute. Their voltage depends on where they’re measured.

⚡ EVERY LIVING CELL: Maintains an electrical potential across its membrane, essential for cellular function.

These are different types of measurements, not a ranking of which organ has the most energy.

Your body doesn’t simply USE electricity.

Your biology depends on it. by @scalarplasmaxxing

Your heart beats through electrical signaling.

Your brain communicates through electrical impulses.

Your nerves transmit information through changes in voltage.

Your muscles contract when electrical signals trigger them.

Every living cell maintains an electrical voltage across its membrane.

Even your wounds generate electrical fields that help guide healing.

And your mitochondria rely on an electrochemical gradient to produce ATP, your cells’ main energy currency.

You’re not just made of flesh and blood. You’re an electrochemical system. by @scalarplasmaxxing

Scalp acupuncture stimulates the nerve that communicates to the brain and stimulates the area of the brain. The body is made to heal itself, when we give it the right up direction and nutrients. #acupuncturemiami #holistichealth #tcm #scalarenergy #recovery by @scalarplasmaxxing
