Salam! How are you sis?

➡️Swipe through the slides to read the full story.

This journey taught me that life is a season. Every season has its end.

And the end of one road is never the end of everything.

A new chapter can begin. A new path can be drawn. The detours were not punishment. They were preparation.

Do not give up. Do not carry regrets.

Everything was already written. Move forward. Learn from it.

Start fresh. Open a new chapter

That is exactly what I am doing as a brown Muslim woman in business rebuilding her path intentionally from Malaysia.

I am bringing every woman entrepreneur who is ready to do the same with me.

Whether you are a Muslim woman growing your business online

a brown woman finding her voice as a coach or service provider, or simply a woman in business who is done with hustle culture and ready to build something that actually fits your life

Then this account is for you.

Have you been here from the beginning? Drop a heart below so I know who is still with me. taken in Canada by @scale.withbarakah

Salam and Hello 👋

Let me introduce myself to all new viewers and followers. 👇

• I am Tamanna (an Arabic derived Urdu name meaning “to desire” “to wish”)

• I am a Canadian citizen born in Bangladesh. Raised in Toronto. A mother of 4 boys. Homeschooler

• I studied Graphic Design and Art in my early college days.

• I have been blogging since I was a teenager. Remember my Space and Blogger? I also made Art on DeviantArt once upon a time. Creating and writing has always been my passion.

• In January 2025, my husband and I made Hijrah to Malaysia 🇲🇾 with our 4 children. Malaysia is a Muslim majority country and a tropical paradise.

• I’ve been running multiple businesses since 2011 — starting from a home bakery, family photography, and bridal makeup to online blogging and influencer marketing (kinda like modern day UGC) and worked with multiple big brands like Freshco Canada, Shoppers Drug Mart, Lego, Canadian Superstore and many more.

• But that work burnt me out. I realized promoting others while giving away my personal brand values was not aligning with my principles.

• I started creating something on the side and designed, planned, printed and launched my very first product called the Well Planned Muslimah Planner. (I still sell them locally)

• I have a Degree in Psychology and a certification in Therapeutic Art, and I have coached women for the last couple of years through @tamanna.z.khan

• I grew my email list and started learning the art of creative writing alongside my personal journey of psychology-based coaching.

• I soon realized AI is taking over authentic writing ✍️ and I needed to work more intensely on my ability to think and create using my own brain and mind.

• So I started this new venture to make my online career more meaningful and impactful while helping other Muslimahs and women embark on a journey in their business that sparks ⚡️ and flourishes.

I’d love to know more about you! Please share something below taken in Toronto Canada by @scale.withbarakah

Muslimah coaches, business owners and service providers! This is for you

Here is what the 80/20 rule actually means.

80 percent of your results come from 20 percent of your actions.

Which means most of what you are doing every day

💎 the busy work
💎the endless content decisions
💎the emails
💎the admin work

All of this is producing almost nothing some days Becuase you’re exhausted

And the 20 percent that actually moves your business forward

- the conversations
- the offers
- the content that converts

is getting your leftover energy at the end of a long day.

Most women are working
hard on the wrong things.

So here is the question
you need to ask yourself today. 👇

What is the 20 percent in my business that is actually bringing in clients and revenue?

Do more of that.
Outsource or cut everything else.

That is playing it smart.

That is how smart women build sustainable businesses.

Save this and write down your 20 percent today.

Or DM me to discuss taken in Canada by @scale.withbarakah

What I would do if I was starting a business Instagram from scratch today.

I would not chase trends.

I would not post ever different topics and hope something works.

I would not spend hours making content that goes nowhere.

👇 I would do five things only. 👇

Pick one problem I solve and say it in every post for 30 days. This trains the algorithm!

Post three content types only 👇

educate
relate
convert.

Use Reels for reach, carousels for saves, Threads for traffic. Have you tried Threads yet?

Have one CTA per post and keep it the same until it works.

That is the whole simple system.
Nothing else.

Save this and start tomorrow.

If you’re a woman in business wondering why your content isn’t bringing in clients and it’s probably one of these five things.

And it has nothing to do with how often you post.

Most women I talk to are already showing up. They’re putting in the work. The results just aren’t matching the effort.

Here’s what’s actually getting in the way.
You’re posting without a content pillar system.

Every post feels random. Nothing connects.

Your hooks aren’t stopping the scroll. People swipe past before they even read what you wrote.

You’re calling to action on every single post. Or never at all. Both push people away.
You’re creating for reach instead of trust. Reach without trust doesn’t convert.

You’re not giving her a reason to save or share. Saves are the highest signal you can send the algorithm.

Every single one of these is fixable. You just need the right system.

Save this and follow. I’m breaking down the full content system this week. taken in Canada by @scale.withbarakah

If you’re a Muslim woman running a coaching or service business then this one’s for you.

I used to think I just needed to post more.
More Reels. More carousels.

More consistency.

But I was creating in circles but no direction, no system, no results.

The moment I stopped winging it and built a content structure around my business, everything changed.

If you’re a woman entrepreneur. A coach, service provider - who’s tired of working hard and still feeling invisible online

you’re in the right place.

Save this.

I’m sharing the whole system this week. taken in Canada by @scale.withbarakah

5 Life-Changing Hacks from Islam to Live a Pure, Purposeful Life

Ready to align your life with purpose?

Here are 5 powerful Islamic practices that will transform your body, soul, and spirit.

Hack 1: Align Your Day Around Salah Times”
“Instead of squeezing Salah into your day, make your day revolve around it.”
🌿 When you schedule your day around the Salah times, your priorities align with your faith.

By focusing on your Salah, you ensure that every task is done with purpose, and each prayer reconnects you to Allah’s guidance.

Indeed, prayer has been prescribed upon the believers at specified times.” (Surah An-Nisa 4:103)

Hack 2: Wake Up for Fajr & Step Into the Morning Light

“Fajr isn’t just a prayer—it’s a reset for your day and your body.”

🌅 Wake up for Fajr, take a walk, and look at the sky.

This practice aligns your body’s circadian rhythm, reducing cortisol (stress), and activating the happy chemicals in your brain.

The Prophet (PBUH) said: “The morning is a time of blessings.” (Sahih Muslim)

Hack 3: Give Sadaqah Consistently Even If It’s the amount of Just a Date Seed

“Sadaqah is an act of purity for your heart and soul.”

💖 Give Sadaqah consistently even in moments of happiness or hardship.

“Even a date seed given in charity is heavy on the scales of Allah when given with sincerity.” (Sahih Bukhari)

This act purifies your heart and removes obstacles from your path, allowing blessings to flow

Hack 4: Spend Time in Silence & Stillness”

🌿 The Prophet (PBUH) often sought solitude when feeling unsettled.

🧘‍♀️ Spending time in silence and stillness nurtures mental peace, reduces stress, and protects your Amanah (body).

Rest isn’t a guilt it’s a necessity to replenish and protect your physical and spiritual health.

Hack 5: Fast on Sunnah Days for Detox & Rewards. Sunnah fasting has immense physical and spiritual benefits

This detoxifies the body, reduces inflammation, and brings you rewards for every moment of sacrifice.

The Prophet (PBUH) said: Fasting on Mondays and Thursdays

Detox + Spiritual Benefits = A Complete Reset.

Which one of these resonated ?

1) Islam made me see how the body is a huge Amanah and sleeping with the Prophetic Clock really heals the body. Subhanallah

2) When everything is scheduled around Salah and not the other way around. Miracles happen. Allahu Akbar

3) This was the hardest as numbing and escaping to another reality from the motherhood burnout is so common. But Mashallah this made my mind sharper and gave me more confidence

4) Dhikr walk was inspired by @saufiyvh and it stuck to me. Walking is for my body and mind and Dhikr is for my soul. What a powerful combination

5) The Prophet SAW asked Allah to bless his Ummah in the morning hours. What a blessing the morning hours are indeed. When I can do 5 hours of work within 2 hours and still feel energized. That’s BARAKAH

————

Motherhood is a test of the mind, heart, and soul.

And modern productivity hacks rarely honor your soul’s design.

When I returned to Islamic principles, everything changed:

My mindset softened.
My sleep deepened.
I became more present.

And I stopped measuring my worth by how much I could “get done.”

✨ These 5 productivity strategies were simple — but powerful.

They helped me live with intention, not just exhaustion.

🧕🏽 If you’re a Muslim mom running on empty, start here.

Let me know which one you’re going to try first — or send this to a sister who needs it 🤍

Ways for Women to Stay Productive According to Islam

🌷Start with Intention (Niyyah):
Make a sincere intention for every task, understanding that your unique needs and responsibilities shape your goals.

🌷Plan Your Day with Flexibility:
Use a planner to outline tasks, allowing for flexibility to accommodate energy levels, family needs, and menstrual cycles.

🌷Incorporate Self-Care:
Make time for activities that nurture your well-being, such as hobbies, exercise, or relaxation practices, recognizing their importance in maintaining balance and energy.

🌷Avoid Procrastination:
Take immediate action on tasks, being mindful that hormonal changes can influence motivation; break tasks into smaller, manageable steps.

🌷Limit Distractions:
Identify and minimize distractions, understanding that being multi-task-oriented is common among women, but focus is essential for productivity.

🌷Balance Work and Rest:
Recognize the need for rest, especially during menstrual phases or postpartum recovery; schedule self-care and downtime into your routine.
