POSTS STORIES REELS

The start of a new story ✨ by @scalewithpb

I’ll run ads once the business grows” the most expensive sentence in Indian small business.

I met founders at @metaindia event who started with budgets smaller than your weekend dinner bill. Today they spend more per day than their old monthly budget.

The difference? They treated month one as tuition, not ROI.

Most people complain that Meta ads are expensive.
Very few fix who their ads are shown to.

If you don’t structure your audiences properly, Meta ends up wasting budget on the wrong users.

This one setting tells Meta to prioritise:
• Existing customers
• Engaged visitors
• And only then new audiences

Result?
Lower CAC. Better efficiency. Less wasted spend.

📌 Save this before your next campaign

One take. Five edits. Zero timelines.

Every effect in this reel started as a text prompt to Claude. No After Effects. No keyframes.

So I put 115 of them in one free PDF:

→ Hooks, captions, transitions, proof cards and endings
→ A copy-paste prompt for every effect
→ A starter prompt and six ready recipes

Comment “claude” and I’ll DM it to you.

You’ll need Claude Code on a computer. Setup steps are in the PDF.

This is what Claude did 🤯

One real video. Six animated worlds. Same performance, same sound, and the whole room changes on the beat.

Anime, knitted yarn, felt puppets, toy CGI, comic book, pixel art. Which world was your favourite? 👇

I put every step in a free 14-page PDF: the exact prompts, what it cost, and what went wrong.

Comment “claude” and I’ll send it to you.

No editor. No After Effects. Just Claude Code and a few prompts.

Every word in that video moves because of what it means, not because a template said so. Claude timed every word to the audio, planned what each line should look like, then coded the whole video.

The best part is you can do this with any audio: your own voiceover, a podcast clip, a jingle. Hindi, Hinglish or English.

Comment “CLAUDE” and I’ll DM you the full setup: all 7 copy-paste prompts and the step-by-step guide.

Marketing terms everyone should know. 🧠
Comment “TERMS” and I’ll DM you the free PDF.

You’ve run into all four of these this week. You just didn’t know they had names:

1. Shrinkflation — same ₹10, fewer grams
2. Surrogate Ads — the “soda” ad that’s really selling whisky
3. Dark Patterns — the giant “yes” and the tiny “no thanks”
4. Vanity Metrics — a million views, zero sales

Two of these are now regulated in India. Surrogate ads were banned under the 2022 ad guidelines, and the CCPA listed 13 dark patterns in 2023. The other two are perfectly legal, which is why you’ll keep seeing them.

The other 50 cover the shelf, the ad break, Ads Manager and the meeting room. Same format: plain English, Indian examples.

Instagram is officially coming for YouTube! 👀🔥

Instagram is testing a new feature called Features, allowing selected creators to upload videos up to 90 MINUTES long!

We’re talking full-length podcasts, interviews, vlogs and more — all without leaving Instagram.

The interesting part? Short Reels could lead viewers directly to the full-length videos, and these videos could also appear in Explore.

For now, it’s being tested with selected creators in the US and Brazil.

But there’s still one big catch: Instagram hasn’t announced YouTube-style ad revenue sharing for these videos.

Is this Instagram’s biggest move against YouTube yet? 👀

Would you actually watch a 90-minute podcast on Instagram? 👇
