After a HEAVY ASS weekend, I couldn’t be more thankful for everyone that helped me get back to this point. From 2 years off after my accident and being unsure if I could perform any of these events at all. To putting numbers on the board and setting lifetime personal records in the process. But I know I couldn’t do it alone, I have @zackmccarley who was 2nd at my bedside in 2023 and being my compass to get me the strongest I’ve ever been in my life. And Most importantly my beautiful women @clonagrace, also being there through it all and knowing me better then I know myself. I’m a little beat up, but I’m not done. In the hospital I told myself 1 year from now I will be stronger than I was before this accident. And though it was a little longer, on the 52nd week of actual training I was able to handle a lifetime PR of 280 each (560 in hand) farmers. And I couldn’t be more thankful for those I had in my corner allowing me to set an example for my son. #stackbodies by @scar_mffm

Lately I think of how many times I’ve openly tried to see how far I can push things whether it be physically or mentally trying to break myself. As well as how down on myself I would get for being as fortunate as I have been to go 30 years without a broken bone (that i knew of) because I never went through that process of rebuilding. And now that I have the opportunity to prove another thing to myself, the physical aspect isn’t what I’m working hardest at. The hardest part at the moment is my patience.
And though I didn’t ask for it, these are the moments i can’t wait to look back on.

If surviving a truck rear ending me on a motorcycle going fast enough to total itself isn’t clear enough of a sign I don’t know what is. Im not done, and I have a lot of work to do. It was a good attempt but you’ll need more to kill me.
My purpose on this earth requires more in order for that to happen.
I have the support I need, and I’m thankful I have the opportunity to build myself to a better version of me before my accident.

Thank you @clonagrace for being behind the camera and cheering me on. A milestone was set with the help of @zackmccarley pulling 501.5. Im really happy with our test day and looking forward to what comes next.

Congratulations to everyone that competed and to the promotion. I feel very happy to get my first, 1st place in literally anything I’ve done since I’ve been alive today. The event went so smooth, from the staff and competitors I can honestly say it’ll be a hard contest to beat with all things considered finish aside.

30 years, 30 minutes, 30 degrees.
A good test both mentally and physically.
I would be lying if I said this didn’t keep me up thinking about it, but the point is to do it anyway.
