End Speciesism.

A human baby, represents the ultimate universal symbol of innocence, vulnerability and a need for protection. Through Art, imposing this exact imagery onto the reality of a veal calf—who is also an infant— this Speciesism Art Installation reminds us to acknowledge that a calf is not an inanimate object, nor a culinary product, but a helpless, newborn child.

How does Art drive social change? By making us question what we accept as "normal." @speciesism.wtf

Stephanie Lane's Art installation
"Veal is Not Human(e)"
challenges the disconnect in our collective consciousness
It exposes the harsh truth of conventional farming: the immediate separation of mother and calf, and the exploitation of a child for a human consumer market.
This imagery is uncomfortable, so we have to look closely at the industry that inspired it.
True humanity means extending our circle of compassion beyond our own species.

The reality? The veal and dairy industries are two sides of the same coin. Because male calves cannot produce milk, their short lives are commodified from the day they are born !

A huge thank you and well done to each member of Speciesism.Wtf Oxford team, for yesterdays powerful Art Installation - with such a powerful positive response from members of the public

2026. STOP ANIMAL TESTING ! We have;

Organs-on-a-Chip... Tiny microfluidic devices lined with real human cells simulate complex organ functions.

Computer Modeling... Advanced software predicts how human biology reacts to chemicals and drugs using vast human data sets.

Cell and Tissue Cultures.... Growing human cells or 3D tissue structures in a lab replaces whole-body animal tests.

SHUT DOWN MBR !

Activists disrupted the @britishpar3 in Solihull over their connection to @farmfoodsukofficial and their failed commitments to go cage free.

Peaceful activists had their property ripped to pieces as they attempted to walk off the golf course and—after making it to public land—were pushed over, punched, slapped, and a megaphone stolen and destroyed by all by the side of a public road.

We’re happy to announce that @britishpar3 have now confirmed publically that the seventeen year relationship they had with @farmfoodsukofficial has been brought to an end and we hope Eric Herd takes this as a sign to make good on the promises he made ten years ago.

Protests will continue until Farm Foods fulfil their pledge to go cage free.
