✨ Hi, I’m Giulia and welcome to Scented Spells! ✨

My journey with perfumes started almost by chance, but quickly became a true passion. I studied Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology at university, and then decided to dive deeper into this wonderful world with a master’s degree in Cosmetics, where I discovered the magic of perfumery.

Here at Scented Spells, I want to share not only personal reviews but above all the feelings, experiences, and stories that each fragrance tells. Every scent is a little spell, a journey through memories and emotions.

From time to time, I’ll share curiosities, little gems, and special insights, because I believe that knowing a perfume is like discovering a whole new world.

La mia avventura con i profumi è nata un po’ per caso, ma è diventata presto una vera passione. Ho studiato Chimica e Tecnologia Farmaceutiche all’università, e poi ho deciso di approfondire questo mondo meraviglioso con un master in Cosmetica, dove ho scoperto la magia della profumeria.

Qui su Scented Spells voglio condividere con voi non solo recensioni personali, ma soprattutto sensazioni, esperienze e storie che ogni profumo riesce a raccontare. Ogni fragranza è un piccolo incantesimo, un viaggio nei ricordi e nelle emozioni.

Ogni tanto vi racconterò qualche curiosità, qualche chicca e qualche nozione particolare, perché credo che conoscere il profumo sia un po’ come scoprire un mondo nuovo.

🍋‍🟩🪵 Mercurial Cashmere - Electimuss🪵🧶
🇮🇹Il nome dice già tutto: Mercurial Cashmere è esattamente quello che provi quando lo indossi. ☁️✨
In questo periodo dell’anno è il profumo perfetto: ti avvolge proprio come il tuo maglione di cashmere preferito. Una sensazione di morbidezza assoluta che parte con una scintilla speziata di pepe rosa e cardamomo, per poi adagiarsi su un cuore vellutato di iris e tuberosa.
Il fondo denso di ambra, vaniglia e legno di cashmere regala un calore rassicurante che ti fa sentire subito al sicuro, al riparo da tutto.
Un’eleganza innata ma estremamente disinvolta, discreta e magnetica. Non è solo una fragranza, è una vera e propria coccola di lusso sulla pelle. 🍂🤎

🍫🤍Sugar Addict - BornToStandOut🤍☕️
🇬🇧 Autumn has arrived, and who else could kick things off??
The second you spray it, it’s an incredible rush: bright, crisp sugar immediately driven by a warm, sparkling cinnamon. This isn’t your usual sweet scent, it starts off super strong right away!⚡️ Then it evolves fairly quickly (on my skin) and intensifies heavily with dark, bitter cocoa fusing with roasted, dark coffee🍫☕️. It feels literally like stepping inside an artisanal chocolate shop while it’s raining outside 🌧️✨
But the real masterpiece is the dry-down: this note of warm, boozy rum emerges 🥃, wrapped in dense vanilla, tonka bean, and a cashmere wood that makes it smooth and sensual. It feels like wearing a cozy sweater, but with a distinctly sexy and bold attitude🔥

🍫🤍Sugar Addict - BornToStandOut🤍☕️
🇮🇹È arrivato l’autunno e chi, se non lui, poteva aprire le danze??
Appena spruzzato è una scarica pazzesca: uno zucchero chiarissimo e croccante, subito spinto da una cannella caldissima e frizzante. Non è il solito dolce, parte subito fortissimo! ⚡️
Poi evolve abbastanza velocemente (sulla mia pelle) e si intensifica tanto con il cacao amaro che si fonde con un caffè tostato e scuro🍫☕️. È letteralmente come stare dentro una cioccolateria artigianale mentre fuori piove 🌧️✨
Ma il vero capolavoro è il fondo: esce questa nota di rum caldissimo e liquoroso 🥃, avvolto da una vaniglia densa, fava tonka e un legno di cashmere che lo rende morbido e sensuale. Sembra di indossare un maglione avvolgente, ma con un’attitudine decisamente sexy e sfrontata🔥

🥂🍒O - Pantheon Roma🍒🌹
🇬🇧To me, it gives the exact feeling of a night out when things are about to take just the right turn. It’s a perfume that, in my opinion, walks in, commands attention with sheer elegance, and leaves everyone speechless.
When I spray it on my neck, the first thing I catch is a thrilling, fizzy spark. Pink Pepper bites right away, while Rosé Champagne adds a sparkling quality that feels like it’s popping on the skin. It’s like taking that very first sip of a signature cocktail
Then, it takes an unexpected turn. Elegant Jasmine and Rose petals collide head-on with an intense Sour Cherry and a shot of Tequila that completely catches you off guard. I’m obsessed with this boozy, fruity blend: it’s bold, sensual, almost forbidden.
The dry-down is warm, cozy, and endless. As the hours go by, Vanilla and Amber wrap me in an embrace, while Sandalwood provides a refined structure that keeps me sniffing it all day long.

🥂🍒O - Pantheon Roma🍒🌹
🇮🇹A me dà esattamente la sensazione di quando una serata sta per prendere la piega giusta. È un profumo che, secondo me, entra, si fa notare con un’eleganza pazzesca e lascia tutti a bocca aperta.
Quando lo spruzzo sul collo, la prima cosa che avverto è una scossa frizzantissima. Il Pepe Rosa punge subito, mentre lo Champagne Rosé crea quell’effetto brillante che sembra quasi scoppiettare sulla pelle. È come il primissimo sorso di un cocktail speciale
Poi cambia direzione. I petali eleganti di Gelsomino e Rosa finiscono dritti in un fondo di Amarena intensissima e un tiro di Tequila che spiazza. Questa combinazione alcolica e fruttata mi fa impazzire: è sfrontata, sensuale, quasi proibita.
Il finale è caldissimo e infinito. Più passano le ore e più la Vaniglia e l’Ambra mi avvolgono in una carezza, mentre il Legno di Sandalo dà quella struttura raffinata che mi costringe ad annusarmi tutto il giorno.

LA PLAYA – CARNER BARCELONA🏖️
L’estate pura racchiusa in boccetta: un intreccio cremoso di cocco, pistacchio e vaniglia scaldati dal sole, bilanciati da fresche note agrumate. Avvolgente, solare e sensuale, come la pelle ancora calda al tramonto dopo una giornata al mare.
COCOYSTER MOREA GUAVA – SALUM🦪
Un’esplosione tropicale sfacciata e magnetica, dove la dolcezza esotica della guava e del cocco incontra un’inaspettata e sofisticata nota marina. L’estratto perfetto per chi ama farsi notare con un sillage luminoso e fuori dagli schemi.
FIERY FIG 24.05 – NEYDO💜

Right from the very first spray, the notes of milk and salt blend together in a surprisingly realistic way. On one side, you feel that sense of pure, warm, and comforting reassurance; on the other, you immediately catch an unmistakable summer vibe, driven by that salty touch that brings you straight back to the ocean, warm skin, and the coastal breeze.
As time goes on, the fragrance transforms once more: sandalwood takes center stage in the dry-down, offering a soft evolution that makes the perfume sophisticated and elegant, without ever losing its personal soul. 🧂🥛Whitedenim - Perroy Parfum🥛🪵
White Denim per me è la definizione perfetta di una seconda pelle: avvolgente, travolgente e incredibilmente intima, ma con una presenza che si fa sentire.
Fin dal primo spruzzo, le note di latte e sale si mescolano in un modo sorprendentemente realistico. Da una parte provi quella sensazione di comfort puro, calda e rassicurante; dall’altra avverti subito una vibrazione estiva inconfondibile, spinta da quel tocco salato che ti riporta dritto al mare, alla pelle calda e alla brezza della costa.
Con il passare del tempo la fragranza si trasforma: il legno di sandalo prende spazio sul fondo, regalando un’evoluzione morbida che rende il profumo sofisticato ed elegante, senza mai perdere la sua anima personale. È una scia viva e avvolgente, fatta per stare a contatto con te e farsi ricordare.

🥥🍑BonBon Pop - THOO🍑🍋‍🟩
🇬🇧 The first time I caught a whiff of it, I felt an immediate rush of happiness and playfulness. It opens up bright and sparkling, yet it holds a sweet, enveloping warmth right from the start: the freshness of bergamot weaves perfectly with the soft flesh of white peach and a creamy touch of coconut.
Slowly, on the skin, the fragrance begins to evolve and change its dress: jasmine and a deep note of patchouli transform it into something unexpectedly elegant. What fascinates me, though, is that the initial playfulness and freshness never fully disappear: if you take a deep breath, they are still right there, gently lingering in the background.
By the end, as brown sugar, precious woods, amber, and musk melt completely into the skin’s chemistry, it stops being just a perfume. It becomes like wearing an increasingly refined, tailored, and magnetic dress, one that accompanies you with discreet sensuality all day long.

🥥🍑BonBon Pop - THOO🍑🍋‍🟩
🇮🇹 La prima volta che l’ho snasato, ho sentito una scarica immediata di felicità e brio. È un’apertura viva, frizzante, ma che conserva fin da subito una dolcezza avvolgente: la freschezza del bergamotto si intreccia alla perfezione con la polpa morbida della pesca bianca e il tocco cremoso del cocco.
Piano piano, sulla pelle, la fragranza comincia ad evolversi e cambia abito: il gelsomino e la nota profonda del patchouli la trasformano in qualcosa di inaspettatamente elegante. La cosa che mi incanta, però, è che quel brio e quella freschezza dell’inizio non svaniscono mai del tutto: se si respira bene, restano lì, leggermente nelle retrovie.
Sul finale, quando lo zucchero di canna, i legni pregiati, l’ambra e il muschio si fondono del tutto con la chimica del corpo, non è più solo un profumo. È come indossare un vestito sempre più raffinato, sartoriale e magnetico, che ti accompagna con discreta sensualità per tutta la giornata
