Ivy Valentine from Soul Calibur
Oil pastel and colored pencil on paper

I never draw fanart to things but I wanted to get out of my comfort zone a little. So I thought it would be cute to do fanarts on fridays (occasionally). While extremely iconic, I don’t think she’s my all time favorite character in the franchise. I like her, Astaroth, and Mitsurugi pretty equally but Talim might be my favorite.
Anyways, I loved the old graphics from soul cal 2 and 3 so it was fun designing an almost dreamlike setting to pay homage to old vg graphics.
(Ivy would never admit it but she definitely would listen to Type O Negative)
