Cliff dwellings + canyon views = one epic family day trip. 🧗‍♂️🌿

We took a drive up to Walnut Canyon National Monument from Chandler and it did not disappoint. The kids loved exploring the cliff homes, hiking the Island Trail, and earning their Junior Ranger badges. 🥾🌄🎖️

Swipe through to see how people lived here 800 years ago—and why this hidden gem is one of our favorite Arizona adventures yet!

🧭 Just a couple hours from The Gary House in Chandler—perfect for a family day trip.

I’ve really enjoyed learning how to better take care of myself the last two years. Whoop has been a big part of that. by @schiff788

Had a really good time trying out a fine dining Indian restaurant last night with @mrs_schifferer that has only been open 3 months. Go give it a try if you are so inclined. Our visit reminded us of our time in Dubai a couple years back. Thanks for another great date night Elle! taken in Feringhee Modern Indian Cuisine by @schiff788

So, I’ve been trying to be a better #dad and #husband and part of that effort has included me recently starting to make #dinner on #saturday night so #momma gets a night off.

Tonight was my second attempt. I tried a brown rice noodle with shrimp, avocado, orange, and red onion for the topping. I then tossed the noodle in a sesame seed oil and fresh lime juice. Drizzle some sesame seeds on top and pour on some balsamic vinegar and it turned out pretty good.

Thanks #instagram for the insights. I stole this recipe and changed it up a bit to make it work with some of the stuff I had in the pantry. 👌 taken in Tempe, Arizona by @schiff788
