Reason why your Pro-Trump arguments mean nothing:

Trump will replace judges across the United States with those the align with his values. Consequently, citizens are no longer properly protected by the law and those close to Trump won’t be kept in check by the law.

Rape and oppression of women in various forms will increase and chances of victims winning court cases will decrease significantly.

Systematic corruption introduced by Trump will take decades to dismantle, autocratic systems will be installed, America becomes more of a pseudo-democracy.

Ukraine will be forced to agree to terrible terms for peace by Russia because they can’t sustain without American help. At least 1/6th of Ukrainian land will become Russian land and Trump will present himself as the peacemaker even though this will go down as a loss for Ukraine in the history books.

Netanyahu will no longer be kept in check and has free reign to do what he wants in the Middle East. Irregardless of whether Trump announces that America doesn’t fund Israel (which I don’t think he will), Israel will continue to have tight financial strings to the United States and Trump’s associates, just not officially.

The United States leaving the Paris Agreement again will likely be the nail in the coffin to prevent climate change from becoming extremely deadly. It’s not about occasional extreme weather events, over the next 50-100 years, about 1 billion people won’t be able to live where they are currently living. Masses will be forced to relocate and many will wander towards Europe. Violence is certain, wars will erupt and Europe as we know it would no longer be.

Being a minority (LGBTQ, Immigrants,…) in the States will become scary, compliance will become necessary to thrive in the system and free speech will become increasingly compromised.

If you voted for Trump, don’t tell me. It doesn’t matter if you’re stupid, misinformed or morally compromised, you’re guilty by association just like my great granddad was guilty in WW2.

If you voted for Trump, may your silly pride or cognitive dissonance protect your ego once the consequences become difficult to lie to the public about. by @schizodrty
