If the @m2l_ride had to be expressed in one word, it’d be solidarity: my 1st Ventoux climb from Sault was a lot better with friends than by myself. Last year’s #m2l more meaningful than the 10 before and so much more.

Tomorrow we ride another M2L with @rapha for @ambitiousaboutautism. The fact it’s a fund raising ride changes everything.

If you can spare a few £££, please do. They will massively change the life of children + young adults dealing with autism (link in bio, @applepay enabled). Please repost.

Early morning last Sunday, around 100 cyclists started in Manchester to cycle to London. The 220 miles were a feast for eyes and soul, a real challenge for every body and a bliss for a charity close to my heart. Rapha & Ambitious About Autism join forces since 2014 to raise awareness and vital funds for young adults + children dealing with autism.

The fundraiser is still up and running. Thank you for your generosity.

Run for Joy they said. That’s exactly what we did last Sunday. Doing such crazy things with someone you trust for a cause you believe in, adds an extra layer of joy. Thank you Patrick for the wings you gave me through the streets of Berlin.

Can we agree on ‘we all have our own normal’?

Hard to believe we did cycle another time from Manchester to London last Sunday.

We’d be complete fools if it wasn’t for such a good cause: raise funds for @ambitiousaboutautism.

A cause, a bike, as many cyclists as possible & for me at least: lots of time. This is the short form of @ambitiousaboutautism & @rapha ’s Manchester to London charity ride.

On Sunday June 19th, we are heading out of Manchester and will cycle all the way down to London: 220 miles or 354 kms of what England has best in stores of quiet roads & scenery.

In addition to the distance, each rider has another plan: raise vital funds for Ambitious About Autism, a charity standing with autistic children and young people so they can be themselves.

There are already 375 £ on my fundraising page running under the #linkinbio. The one running right here goes to the same charity.
