Rookie 1 champion with #mcspangled⚡️ This win means more to me than just another win. As many of you know I had a screeching halt to my riding career just 6 months ago when I had to get knee surgery. To be able to ride again is all I could ask for but I’m back and stronger than ever. Mac was so good this weekend. We were very consistent marking 70s and even a 70 1/2. Thank you to everyone in my corner and to Brian Welman training center. And to my parents and the LaRues. #nrha #champion #rookie1 #fresnostateequestrian by @schmidt_riley_

Feeling incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be back in the show pen again! ❤️
This weekend was extra special because it marked my very first show with my new boy, McSpangled. We celebrated some big scores, worked through a few learning curves, and gained valuable experience together every step of the way.
I’m so proud of how Mac showed up and tried his heart out. Building a new partnership takes time, trust, and patience, and this weekend made me even more excited for what the future holds. I couldn’t be happier with this incredible horse and the journey we’re starting together.
Thank you to everyone who supports us along the way. Here’s to many more miles, memories, and successes together! ✨🐴❤️

This year was incredibly hard. There were so many obstacles I had to overcome some bigger than others. But I met so of my best friends! And became much stronger!! taken in Freshman Year by @schmidt_riley_

I’m beyond excited to officially announce that for the 2026 show season, I’ll be partnering with McSpangled, aka Mac! This opportunity means so much to me, and I couldn’t be more grateful to start this next chapter with such an incredible partner. Thank you to my parents, who always support my big dreams! Jill and Mark for helping this dream come true. And Brian Welman for all help this past week and for all the adventures coming up!

Mac already has my heart, and I’m so excited to continue building our connection, trust, and teamwork both in and out of the ring. I truly believe this is just the beginning for us, and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes us.

I’m looking forward to all the early mornings, long days, late nights and unforgettable moments that come with chasing our goals together. Most of all, I’m excited to grow as a team, learn from each other, and make the most of every ride.

Here’s to a season full of hard work, progress, and hopefully a lot of success. Let’s do this Mac!
