BACK AT THE GYM!!! 🏋️‍♂️

Too many concerts, too much travelling and way too little time to work out regularly lately! 🤘😎

Feels damn good to hit the weights again! 💪🔥

I met a lot of great people, all 4 shows were amazing, weather was mostly sunny and we had some great food! 🥘

This was one to remember for sure, gotta process all the crazy experiences but now first of all we gotta thrash the @metalexperienceofficial festival in Leiden 🇳🇱 at the @nobel_leiden

See you later! 🤘😍🔥

Hello from the airport in El Salvador 🇸🇻 this early morning but in Honduras 🇭🇳 today! It has been a wild ride! 😊

San Salvador customs held us for hours but we made it in the end and the promoter had to pay a fine for delayed paperwork - well that was not funny!
But the show must go on …

Today we are facing some serious power issues - hopeful that our fantastic crew will fix the backlash! 🤘😎

Tomorrow we travel for the FIRST TIME ever to Nicaragua!🇳🇮 Let‘s f… THRASH!!! 👊👊👊 #thashmetal
