✨ WHEN DID REST BECOME A LUXURY? ✨

We make time for work, responsibilities, family and everyone else. But how often do we intentionally make time for ourselves?

I believe rest is more than switching off. It’s creating space to reconnect, recharge and return to yourself.

I believe the little things matter, a peaceful evening, a restful night’s sleep, a slower morning and the opportunity to simply breathe.

That’s why I appreciate thoughtful gifts that turn everyday rituals into something special. 🤍

A little appreciation for @thesilkcollectionuk and the art of making rest feel luxurious.

💭 Let me ask you something…

If you could gift yourself one thing right now, what would it be?

✨ More rest
✨ More peace
✨ More confidence
✨ More time for yourself

Share your answer in the comments. I’d love to know what you need more of in this season of your life.

And if you believe in making more room for yourself, join me on the journey towards more intentional living, meaningful rest and experiences that allow us to pause, reset and bloom.

I haven’t posted in ages… and there’s a reason. 🤍

I’ve been in a season of reflection, growth, shifting, executing, leading and developing.

A lot has been happening behind the scenes and there’s plenty of good news to share.

Sometimes you have to step back, realign and prepare for what’s next. ✨ by @schnelhanson

Brandiece’s journey is the embodiment of See it. Be it. Live it. Bloom it. — not just words, but a lived transformational experience. Through her powerful story, Brandiece reframes wellness, healthy lifestyle and sustainable weight loss as an identity shift, not a quick fix. She doesn’t just teach it… she lives it.

Her depth of experience, authenticity, humour and magnetic storytelling bring a whole energy of empowerment that aligns perfectly with our values and mission at She Blooms.

Brandice will be joining @cheffingwithash and @jayenergyfitness_ as a judge for our signature Come Dine With Me experience, where nourishment meets creativity, connection and confidence.

She brings the vibe. The wisdom. The transformation. And we absolutely love her for it. 🌸✨ Brandiece is not just joining the retreat………………
