🎉 BIG NEWS! We’re celebrating Alison's 15 YEAR #Workiversary🎉

Efficient. Knowledgeable. Level-headed. CAD nerd. Super caring. Peppy. Always ready for a good chat or to spontaneously belt out some song lyrics. 😂

There are SO many ways to describe Alison and all that she brings to our team, but if there’s one common theme, it’s her genuine commitment to the people around her. She shows up, cares deeply, keeps us laughing, keeps projects moving and somehow makes it all look effortless.

We are SO lucky to have had 15 YEARS OF AL and incredibly grateful for everything she brings to Schott Design. 💜 by @schott_design

What makes an office feel designed—not just furnished?

It’s the layers.

A ceiling that adds character.
Lighting that becomes part of the architecture.
Wallcovering that brings personality.
Furniture that supports different ways of working.

In this project, we used each of those elements to create a workplace with a mix of focus, collaboration and moments to pause.

Which layer catches your eye first? 👀

A little this, a little that. ✨

Finished spaces, works in progress, pretty details, and a few behind-the-scenes moments — just a little collection of what’s been keeping us busy lately.

Because around here, there’s always something in the works. 👀

✨ 10 YEARS OF MALLORY! ✨

Mallory has kept us on our toes, made us laugh, and brought a perspective to the table that consistently makes our projects (and our team) better.

We’re so grateful for everything Mallory brings to Schott Design — her creativity, honesty, humor, and the unmistakable Mallory-ness that we wouldn’t want any other way.

Cheers to 10 years of Mallory and many, many more to come! 🥂🎉 by @schott_design

#ICYMI: our team has been everywhere… literally! ✈️🌎

From Iceland to Spain, finish lines to dog parks, scuba dives to pottery wheels — our team has been making the most of every moment. 💫

This season has brought big adventures, new hobbies, family memories, personal milestones, and plenty of little joys worth celebrating.

Swipe through to see what our team has been up to lately! 👀➡️

Pam — Finally made it to Wales! A trip filled with family time, beautiful views, and memories we won’t soon forget.

Sarah H.— Took our daughter to Iceland after falling in love with it years ago. Seeing this incredible place through her eyes made it even more special.

Kevin — An unforgettable Alaskan fishing trip with my father-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, and sons.

Kayla — Taking a pottery throwing class has quickly become one of my favorite pastimes.

Megan V. — Concert season is officially underway! Counting down the days until Harry Styles in September.

Nicole — Chasing great music, one show at a time! I’ve already made it to 10+ concerts this year, and there’s still more to come!

Melissa — Packed our bags and headed to Spain to visit my daughter while she studied abroad.

Jenny — Officially scuba certified!

Alison — 18 family members, 2 countries, and countless memories! We explored Germany before making magical memories at Disneyland Paris.

Linsey — Took on a mountain in Arizona with three kids in tow!

Meg O. — Nothing beats picking the first tomato of the season… except knowing there are plenty more on the way!

Dani — Crossed the finish line of my very first mini marathon!

Sarah S. — Joey is crushing off-leash training and making plenty of new friends at the dog park!

Brittany — Our annual Myrtle Beach trip was full of sunshine, family memories, and the adventure of vacationing with a 2-year-old and a 9-month-old!

Jerika — Added running to my fitness routine this summer and I’m loving the challenge!

Mallory — One puppy wasn’t enough… so I welcomed TWO! Meet Elsie and little Tille!

Emily — Attended International Placemaking Week for fresh ideas, new inspiration, and a few thousand steps along the way! by @schott_design

✨ Happy #Workiversary, Sarah! ✨

One year ago, Sarah walked through our doors, and it didn't take long for us to know she was meant to be part of the Schott Design family.

Thank you for showing up each day with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the drive to take on every new challenge that comes your way. Your quiet confidence, hard work, and eagerness to grow have made such an impact on our team—and somehow you still manage to have everything finished days ahead of schedule! 😉

Cheers to an incredible first year, an even brighter future, and many more milestones together. We're so glad you're part of the team! 💙

From vision to reality. ✨

Swipe to see where it all begins. Our renders capture the design intent, while the construction photos show the work already underway to bring it to life.

This project includes the transformation of six floors, with two of the floors connected by a new internal stair. Projects like this don't happen by chance—they happen when the right team comes together. Great design, trusted partners, and collaboration every step of the way make ambitious ideas possible.

We can't wait to share more as this space continues to take shape.
