Im really tired of the lebron michael debate. Clearly they are not the goats. The real debate should be boban and brian.
POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
I don't normally do Reviews and leave that to the pros. But here I go.

(Spoilers ahead, tread carefully)

Hear me out for a second, and I promise I'm going somewhere with this. Imagine you have a rubber band right and you stretch it and stretch some more eventually said rubber band is going to snap. In my mind that's one of the big issues that plagued this season. I think we are starting to see the limits of this metaphorical rubber band by the end of Season Four. Don't get me wrong I enjoyed the season but, it felt like something was missing.

When I finished episode 8, I felt the same feeling I had when I beat Marvels Spider-Man 2. It felt like it wasn't meant to stand on its own and was setting up something much bigger. Many of the plot Lines felt very familiar. I think the Frenchie and Kamiko arc was kind of strange. I really thought Frenchie was going to find a way to work things out despite Frenchie killing Collins family but, in the end he still ended up with Kamiko. I was really confused by that what was the point of that and how did it impact his character arc.

I think the dynamic between the newly introduced Firecracker (Valorie Curry) and Starlight was interesting. Firecracker showed us a side to Starlight we hadn't really seen.

Hughie continues to get the worst of it. His mom coming back into the picture his dad dying and yes getting sexually assaulted.

Mothers Milk finally showed he is a proven leader.

Homelander is more terrifying than ever. I think episode four did a great job of showing his back story and his decent into a monster that we haven't even seen out of him.

I also really enjoyed the inclusion of Sage I think she is forced to be reckoned with because of her smarts.

Conclusion:

The Boys season four really pushes the envelope. At time it felt like the political commentary was a lot more transparent at times and, The Boys were going through the same trials and tribulations. But if episode 8 is any indication this is going to be a bloody violent ending coming up.

Sorry if this was a bit rough I wish I could have said more. by @schrupptastic

I've been asked this question countless times what's my favorite anime is or, what I believe to be the greatest anime of all time. My answer is and always Dragon Ball Z.

When I was a kid the first anime I ever watched was Naruto. I clearly remember trying to find Naruto DVD's, and my mom pointing at a DBZ set asking if that was Naruto (little did I know haha). My first real experience with the series was playing BT2 on the Wii and boy oh boy did I love that game (still do) then playing BT3.

Eventually I started watching the anime and DBZ in a way changed my life for the better. There are so many animes about overcoming the odds going beyond your limits etc. But nobody quiet compares to Goku.

The low class Sayian Warrior is the reason I never ever give up. In my life I've wanted to quit like all the time. Whether it was basketball, running, school scouts my dreams all of it. But, I didn't because of Goku. No matter how hard I may fail, no matter how painful the defeat may be. I always think about my Goku and what he would do. I wish everyone watch Dragon Ball not for the story but for the lessons that can be learned. Goku by the way is the only hero I have ever seen tell the antagonist let's move the fight some where else. Goku is the aly to good and the nightmare to evil. He is the super Saiyan that I hope to become someday. I do I believe we all have the ability to transform into a super Saiyan, not in the literal since of course. But when you hit your lowest point go beyond and preserve achieve a new level.

Akira Toriyama, you changed my life and, countless others. RIP to the man who made anime what it is today.

So smile bravely and go further beyond and become the Super Saiyan's I know you are all capable of becoming and achieve your goals and dreams. I'm proud of everyone. by @schrupptastic

It's been quiet some time since I posted but, I think it's time I talk about a player everyone should keep an eye on. Im no donut shop so, I'll do my best to limit the glazing to a limit and leave out as much biasness as possible.

Yesterday afternoon the NBA announced the 2024 Panini Rising Stars and, overall I was okay with the roster.Wemby, Holmgren, makes sense nice to see Jaime Jaquez make the roster.

That's when I noticed it no Cam Whitmore.

(Glazing warning)

This kid has had every opportunity to prove the doubters wrong, and that is exactly what he has done. Over his last five games he has averaged 18 points per game. Do you know what the biggest difference has been????? Minutes he executes when given the chance.

The biggest argument I can see is its only small sample size which, is true.

Now let's go back to pre draft when all of the analysts were making their mock drafts, Cam was considered a top 5 pick. S couple of bad interviews he fell to 20th.

All honesty, if I was Rafael Stone , I would have selected him fourth overall.

Now the final question would ask is who would he replace.

(Now let's possibly trigged some people)

Id replace Scoot Henderson:

Schrupptastic head to head:

Scoot Henderson:

12.3 points per game 2 rebounds 4 assists anddd the biggest hole 37% from the field.

Really effective... NOT (Borat reference)

Scoot Henderson:

11 points 3 rebounds 0.4 assists on 48 percent shooting.

The difference is clear the impact based on minutes per:

In Scoots last three games he played 22 minutes.

Averages:
13.6 points 3 rebounds 3 assists

Now let's compare Cam Whitmore's last three games:
Averages :

In just over 22 minutes of play in his last three games

18.6 points 5 rebounds and only 1 assits

Key points: Cam Whitmore is big time. by @schrupptastic

So, I don't have any of my photos from my graduation but, instead I decided to post several photos of Spider-Man I chose Spider-Man because he stands for what I believe in which, is to never give up and, that's what I want to talk about.

People are like rocks thrown in the air. We rise up we have highs and success's but, eventually we have to come back to the ground. That's something I remind myself every day. For example, I just graduated but, the time is now, I understand that I'm going to land on the ground again.

Their is always another mountain to be conquered yes, I enjoyed the view but, it's time to grow. Continue to learn continue to develop and believe in yourself. Don't sulk in failures learn from them grow. We are like a butter fly. We start as a tiny caterpillar. Then we enter are cocoon. And, in that cocoon represents are failures are let downs but, it also symbolizes growth. Then we come out of the cocoon as, a new beautiful person much like a caterpillar becomes a butterfly.

My point is, if you made it this far. I'm proud of you to my classmates who graduated with me. We have developed a bond I will never forget I will always be their to support your journeys. My friends outside of my fellow classmates. Continue your journeys as well I will continue to cheer for you and, I know you will continue down great paths.

Now we must begin our new. Journey and, remember some times the journey is better than the destination. by @schrupptastic

The NBA Eastern Conference Finals are finally here. Its the 3rd seed Boston Celtics taking on the 5th seed Miami Heat. Before the game I felt it would be best I give a detailed analysis for tonights games.
THE EXPERIENCE: BOSTON
The Boston Celtics, although young, have a very experienced core. Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum both have been to the conference finals multiple times. Jaylen Brown made his first trip with an Isiah Thomas led Celtics in 2017. Then the folowing year the Celtics drafted Jayson Tatum 3rd overall. This time pushing the Cavs to a 7 game series. So, this Celtic team definitely has experience.

ROSTER ANALYSIS: CELTICS

Jayson Tatum might be have made his first All-Star game but, in my opinion he has not yet proven to me his Superstar but, with his play in the bubble and the playoffs he has not disappointed. Jaylen Brown is proving he can be a secondary option to Tatum. Marcus Smart has been playing stellar basketball proving to be a great 3-D player. In the Raptors series he made seversl great plays to help the Celtics advance. The bench has been stepping up when necessary to help their team win. I think the biggest questions come down to Gordon Hayward when he comes back and Kemba Walker playing like the elite point guard he is.

NECESSITIES: CELTICS

The celtics are up against a fast pace, physicsl Miami Heat team. They will get in the Celtics face and try to force the Celtics to take contested and bad shots. The Celtics are going to need play their game and take control of ths game as soon as possible or else the Heat will take advantage of their bad offense. I also beleive this is a great opportunity for the Jayson Tatum to prove he is more than just an All-Star but a superstar. by @schrupptastic

When people think of basketball one of the first places they think of is New York. The glitz and glamour New York has it all. Not to mention some of the best street ball games a person can find. Adolph Schayes is a basketball prodigy from Bronx New York.
Schayes born on May 19, 1928. Growing up in the Bronx, he made sure to capitalize on his basketball career. At the age of 16, Schayes led the NYU to the NCAA finals. (SIde note Schayes earned a degree in aeronautical engineering.) On top of that he was an all-American along with the Haggard award. The haggard award is the NCAA player of the year.

After dominating the college game, Schayes did not dissapoint at the NBA level. Schayes was selected 4th overall by the Tri-Cities Blackhawks and then traded to the Syracuse Nationals.

In his rookie campaign he put his foot on the pedal. Averaging 17 points and 4 rebounds a game. In his second season, the 1950-51 season he played stellar basketball averaging 17 points and 16 rebounds. By the end his career he made a heck of a mark and finished his career as a hall-of-famer.

His accolades and awards include: 12 time NBA all-star
  NBA champion 1955
  6X- All first team
  6X- All second team
NBA rebound leader 1951 by @schrupptastic

Ed Sadowski was a very unusual player for his time. First he was a 6'5 center. But what really stands out other a 6'5 player playing in the post, is overall build. Joe Fulks, the previous player I discussed was also 6'5 but, played the guard postion.

Sadowski, started his college career playing for historic university Seton Hall. In his senior year season he played some great basketball leading the Pirates to a resounding undrafted season. Unfortunately, I was unable to find his stats however, leading a team to an undefeated is no small feet.

Following his senior season Ed Sadowski, started his basketball career playing for the Detroit eagles. Then he played for the Fort Wayne Pistons, then the Tornto Huskies. (This is the first year stats were shown.) With the Huskies he averaged 19 points per game! Following his season with the Huskies he left to play for the Cleveland Rebles and averaged 16 game. The next season he then left and had a career year and put up a solid 19.4 points per game. He then played for Philadelphia warriors where he averaged 9 points. He finished his career with the Baltimore Bullets finishing his career averaging 14 a game.

His accomplishments consist of: All-BAA first team in 1948, NBL champion in 1945 and all-NBL in 1941. by @schrupptastic

When an NBA fan thinks of knock-down shooters they often think of the splash brothers (Steph Curry and klay Thompson), ray allen, larry bird, or even reggie miller.

However, before them their were even more players who revolutionized the jump shot. But, the question is who was the individual who started this revolution. The answer is none other than joe fulks.

Fulks' career was very short especially when comparing to players in the current era. Most successful players can play in the NBA for about 10 possibly 15 years. Fulks on the other hand only played for a eight years.

He started his pro basketball career playing in the BAA (now the NBA). In the NBA's first season Fulks put on a show. He averaged a league leading 23 points per game. Comparing these numbers to any other era would be unfair as their was no shot clock. After leading the league in scoring with 23 ppg.

He then put up 22 ppg the following and even a career high 26 ppg in his third season. In 7 of his eight season he averaged double digits until his final season. Surprisingly, Fulks was only a two time all-star (1951-52). However, he was a three time All-BAA first team (1947-49). And NBA all second team in in 1951.

Unfortunately, Fulks' legacy is non-existent. Possibly due to sports not being as predominant as it is today or possibly because of Fulks' alcohol problem. But, his death was virtually unknown to most. They knew he died but, had no clue as to why he died. Even his own teammates. Some believed he drowned some had no clue he was dead. His death hardly even shown in the newspapers. It unbelievable how little publicity his death received.

On March 21, 1976 joe Fulks, 55, was shot and killed by his girlfriends son. His legacy may be unknown but, I hope I shed some light on who Joe Fulks really is. by @schrupptastic

First of all I am here to say I am back. Although it seems I have been inactive on my account I have been planning and scheming about what to write. Without further ado here is the plan.

The decades (1940s)- the beginning of the series I will discuss some of the original greats and when I mean orginal greats. I am talking about the guys who played back in 1947 to the 1949 season. Just to name a few guys: Joe Fulks, George Mikan, dolph Schayes, Ed Sadowski and Red Holzman.

From the 1940s I plan to go to the 1950s all the way to the present. By the end of this series each one of you will learn something about the game you may not have know or maybe you already do. I plan to do some research about each player before posting so, it will take time but, I assure you the wait will be worth it.

Now I also plan on really getting involved with my podcast I am still playing around with getting it started. However, I assure you the wait will be worth it.

To give perspective on my podcasts I will highlight the folowing: current games, practicing my commentating skills, give my thoughts about the season who has impressed etc. Again still in the works.

Just to reinstate I am back and ready to deliver so grab your sodas and popcorn because the NBA is back!!! by @schrupptastic
