Little piece of happy mail going out to a fellow chronically ill warrior as part of an arts community support program in which I participate. Small kindnesses mean a lot, and I love sharing my art with people that need a little extra love. ❤️❤️ by @schultzdesignworks

I’m beyond excited to share that my work has been published in the incredible, international art publication, @the_pomegranate_tent’s inaugural print edition. It’s a huge honor to be included with so many talented artists! by @schultzdesignworks

We have a prayer called the Shehecheyanu for times of joy; a thank you to God for giving us life, sustaining us, and bringing us to this moment.

Baruch atah, Adonai Eloheinu, Melech haolam, shehecheyanu, v’kiy’manu, v’higiyanu laz’man hazeh.

It’s been running through my head all morning. So grateful the living hostages have been returned, and hopefully that the families of the remaining hostages will also have their loved ones returned so that they may find peace. by @schultzdesignworks

That time you got waaaayyyyyyy out of your comfort zone and wore a caftan with giant flamingos all over it to meet with a new specialist. Y’all, this was hard but I’m so glad I did it- yay for dressing for the job you want!

p.s. Having a doc appointment at Big Duke the day after a late-afternoon IVIg session is not something I’d recommend. I’ll be crashing hard when I get home. by @schultzdesignworks

“A Glimpse of Heaven,” 6 x 6 on birch board

A nostalgic tribute blending poetry and collage, this mixed-media piece evokes the warmth of cherished memories. Surrounded by golden hearts and vintage imagery, cut-out text reads like a gentle reflection:

“thinking of earlier days,
these fond memories
very fragile remnants
taken from the past,
a glimpse of heaven.”

The layered visuals and heartfelt words create a tender connection to the past, framed in textured black with golden flecks—like stardust on memory’s canvas. by @schultzdesignworks

Cleaned the studio yesterday after an embarrassing amount of time being creatively blocked. Having a clean studio inspired me today to create a spread in my quote journal during long awaited art time with @hwaechter_art. The two quotes I used were, “She is magic, that one,” and “She insists she’s a witch, but I think she’s just an old hippie.” I love journal work- no worrying about how other will perceive my message, no worry over mistakes, and a fun place to try new things. by @schultzdesignworks

“Geometry of Elsewhere”
2in x 2x (Twinchie)

In a city stitched from dreams and colors, the ordinary bends into the extraordinary—a strange and a wonderful place where buildings bloom and stories unfold in every window. by @schultzdesignworks
