Sometimes the greatest value of in-person sales isn’t the sale. It’s the data.

Every conversation is market research.

Every question teaches you something about your product.

Every objection helps you refine your message.

Whether your goal is a transaction, a relationship, or a transformation, trust begins with knowing your product and understanding the person standing in front of you.

One surprise from today…

I expected children to be interested in the Joseph the Fox series.

Instead, I found just as many adults wanting to learn more.

Memory locked. 🫡

That’s why you test ideas in the real world instead of making assumptions.

Another reminder…

Know your pricing.
Know your margins.
Know your customer.

And don’t overlook what happens after someone walks away. Good conversations, business cards, QR codes, and marketing materials often lead people to search for you later. In-person interactions can create online momentum that’s easy to miss if you’re only measuring sales.

Today reminded me that sometimes you don’t go out just to sell.

This one is about progress, reading, community, and discipline…Exigent Discipline 😤

I made this video to encourage reading comprehension, remind people to visit their local library, say Happy Father’s Day to the fathers, and share a little-known secret about something called…. “Friends of the Library” (find one near you)☺️🙃🥸

Reading is more than a school skill.

It is a life skill.

It builds patience, focus, imagination, confidence, and understanding 🫡

And sometimes, the resources we need are closer than we think…

Your local library is not just a building with books. It can be a place of learning, support, access, opportunity, and community.

Life takes exigent discipline, the kind of discipline that asks us to keep growing, keep learning, keep showing up, and keep becoming.

The second half of the year has a way of asking better questions.

Not just, “What do you want?”
Yet, “What have you done with what you already had?”

The ideas.
The time.
The lessons.
The discipline.
The opportunities.
The failures that were supposed to teach you something.

I’ve been looking closely at what I said I would build, where I fell short, and what still deserves my full attention.

That reflection is shaping everything I’m preparing to release next.

Exigent Discipline is coming in Q3.

This season is not just about releasing more work.
It is about becoming more responsible with the work, voice, and vision I’ve been given.

For Joseph, the concept of being “minted” had always felt personal. It wasn’t just a technical term to him; it carried a deeper meaning. To be minted was to be recognized, to be given value. In many ways, his journey had been one of self-minting, finding his own worth, understanding his purpose, and embracing the power within him. The process of minting, much like his own journey, was one of transformation. It started with raw potential, and through careful crafting and attention, that potential was realized and vested.

Joseph’s mind drifted back to the first time he had been “minted” in a more symbolic sense. It had been a pivotal moment, not unlike the children’s first experience with creating their own tokens. Back then, Joseph had been younger, uncertain of his place in the world, struggling to define who he was.

The tie had been with him, glowing faintly, but he hadn’t understood its significance. He had felt the force within him, the power bubbling just beneath the surface, but he had lacked the clarity to harness it. His “minting” had come during a time of great upheaval.

Some mornings feel different before anything happens.

For Joseph, the city was quiet.

The coral-like trees moved gently in the light. Hover vehicles passed softly through the air. Binghampton Town was beginning to wake. But inside him, something was stirring.

The Green ShirtTie felt warm. The whispers felt closer. The song from his father lingered in his memory.

The light will shine.
The beam will glow.
Then it is time.
For you to know.

At first, the words felt like memory.

Then they began to feel like guidance.

Joseph had already been shaped by lessons he did not fully understand at the time.

Wisdom taught him to see beyond the surface. Righteousness taught him that honor matters, even when the path is harder.

And through it all, the Green ShirtTie remained close, carrying the values his father taught him.

Wisdom.
Love.
Humility.
Joy.
Righteousness.

In Binghampton Town, awakening is not only about what is coming.

It is also about what has been shaping you all along.

Sometimes the thing you carry does not create who you are.

The city square faded into the background as Joseph’s mind turned inward. He could feel the power within him, the ability that had been dormant for so long, finally beginning to awaken. It wasn’t just about wisdom or righteousness anymore. It was about something much larger, something that connected him to the very fabric of the world around him.
And in that moment, Joseph understood.

The apes had been preparing him for this his entire life. The tie was a symbol, yes, but it was also a guide, a beacon that would lead him to his true purpose. The force within him was no longer unknown. It was a part of him, a part of his family, a part of the legacy that the apes had passed down through the generations.

Joseph opened his eyes, the sunlight still filtering through the branches of the coral tree above him. The city was bustling, the sounds of life all around him. He felt a calmness, a peace,
settle over him like a warm weighted blanket.

He didn’t know exactly what the future held.

He knew one thing for certain: he was ready for whatever came next.

The tie had always made him feel different, special, but in a way that he couldn’t quite grasp. There were times when the light that pulsed from it filled him with strength, with a sense of purpose, but there were other times when it weighed heavily on him, as if it was carrying the burdens of generations past. He knew that it was connected to his abilities, but how or why remained a mystery.
