Keeping the lines clean and the mind sharp. This piece took a full 12-hour shift to bring together, done entirely with a standard ballpoint pen.

I always lean toward a pen because the lack of an undo button forces total precision with every single stroke. Included a personal touch with the Japanese writing at the top, which spells out my graffiti name, reis.

Iv been really pushing myself to do art alot lately. Really trying new things. Most things recently have been done while I was at work so all I have like previous posts is a ballpoint pen. This one I drew a bit ago just sat in my work locker until I had time to finish it and it took me two shifts to finish.

Drawing with the pen is crazy for me as it really forces intention into each line. Through the reel you can see all of my crazy out of place pen lines. I'm also

I have really been loving my art recently. I'm taking more chances on things iv never done before.
Like this skeleton hand. Drew hands years ago once but have always struggled since then. But this took it to another level. The structure and bones in a hand are crazy to get "right"

But I have also noticed when I'm drawing now I'm much more deliberate with my lines. Not nearly as much erasing as before. Getting art done is becoming much quicker aswell.

Can't wait to see a year in review of the art I have created this year.

This piece is easily my largest artwork yet, and I'm thrilled with how it turned out - probably my proudest moment as an artist. Used coffee to give a little skin tone.

Lately, I've been loving the process of merging multiple drawings into one. Japanese art, especially oni masks, has always resonated with me.
The text here translates to "wabi sabi" - a Japanese aesthetic centered around finding beauty in imperfection and transience.

Did this at work last night. Living using a pen instead of a pencil idk why I feel like I draw better. I have always wanted a pin up tattoo but not a regular one I love these mushroom pinups and been toying with the idea of alien pinups for my love of space! by @scone.shk
