Helloo 🙂 proof of life on here since I haven’t posted anything this year. This has been a really hard year and I’ve been really struggling with my health since January.

In late January I went in for some tests because I had a feeling something wasn’t right. By mid-February, I received the diagnosis leiomyomata, uterine fibroids. At first we found 1 almost the whole size of my uterus and from there I’ve had Ultrasounds, MRIs, CT scans, and bloodwork confirming that I have more than 1 mass. I did not take the news well, like at all. I was sobbing every day for a while and the drive from my Dr in Burlington to Haverhill hasn’t seen a dry eye since February. Luckily these are all non-cancerous masses. The last week has been exponentially bad and I’ve been on speed dial with my care team.

I am having Open Myomectomy surgery in May to remove them all and restore my uterus to normal order without all this pain and miserable pelvic symptoms. Of course, there are risks with this but I have an amazing team very optimistic this is going to be a success. Of course, the fear of never being able to have kids because of scarring or emergency hysterectomy lives rent free in my mind. It makes social media very hard to engage with right now. Really engaging with anyone at all has been nonexistent.

I hope this summer brings all the good I haven’t seen so far in 2026. And honorable mention to my amazing family and Chris for supporting me in this challenging time 💛 by @sconrad91

Five Years?! Holy smokes 🔥

The memories this last year all of our trips, DC, VT, FL, and CA! We spent so much time with our families making memories. I finally got to meet your niece and see you be such a wonderful uncle!

Getting you a new set of wheels, and seeing you drive those wheels to the city as a new Bus Operator!

You’ve supported me through my busiest work year yet. The tears and the successes you’ve helped me celebrate it all. I feel so supported and we’ve put in the hard work to get to this place now. I think it’s only up from here my dear ❤️ I love you by @sconrad91

This year was simply put, it was remaining optimistic in my choices to enjoy the little moments:

Traveling to at least 8 states, taking time off of work, settling into a routine, taking better care of my mental health, getting a friend married, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, paying off debt (HALLELUJAH), understanding the changes of life and acceptance.

Coming into this new year I’m setting up a vision board of what I’m manifesting. Corporate burnout is a REAL THING and you have to take control of your life no matter how hard that gets! And taking care of your relationship so everyone feels supported.

Spent this past week in San Diego and Chris and I got to spend time with @ash.lesage and her family, feeding us and showing us around ☺️ (emphasis on feeding Chris alllll his meals)
