She’s never just going for a workout…
It’s so much more than that. People will tell me “you’re crazy” or “you’re doing too much”. You don’t have to do what I do but you SHOULD find some form of movement that you love daily. It’s good for more than just your body! It’s mind and soul medicine, the kind you can’t get in a bottle.
