Crescent City Classic @ccc10k with the @runitup_dallas family. And it did not disappoint. Race was tough. Humidity was thick. Vibes were too notch. And a time was had. NOLA you are one special place. Until next time…with love, Bayou Boyd.

The love between a parent and child is the fuel that enables ordinary people to do extraordinary things…having my parents in town over the weekend gave my heart the hug it needed. From watching a movie only momma wanted to see to them attending @social_dallas (which they loved especially 60-Social - shoutout to the 830AM saints) with me Sunday morning, they truly made my ordinary weekend, extraordinary. I honor you Mr. B and Mrs. G, thank you for bringing home to Dallas.
