We started building ScoreCastPro because we wanted a simpler way to livestream basketball games for local clubs and parents.
One of our next big challenges is automatic scoreboard detection 👀
The idea: scan the physical scoreboard directly from the video feed and automatically synchronize: 🏀 score ⏱️ game clock
So users no longer need to manually update the overlay during the game.
We’re currently training and improving the system with real gym footage from different countries, lighting conditions and scoreboard styles.
If you have short clips of basketball scoreboards from US / UK / Australia gyms, we’d genuinely love your help 🙌
This would help us improve the detection algorithm a lot.
Still a work in progress… but we’re excited about where this is going 🚀 by @scorecastpro

It’s so simple to add points to your scoreboard overlay with ScoreCastPro. One tap and you add 1, 2 or 3 points for the basketball , or goals, tries, points for football, handball, rugby and tennis. Download ScoreCastPro from the App Store and Give it a try for free by @scorecastpro
