Who’s still feeling the marathon legs today? 😂🏃

Whether you came home with a new PB, crossed your very first finish line, or simply showed up and gave it your all, SCORE Marathon 2026 was definitely one for the books! 🙌

With 51,077 runners from 53 countries, Putrajaya was buzzing with incredible energy as the running community came together to create an unforgettable race weekend.

A huge congratulations to SCORE SPORTS MANAGEMENT SDN BHD (@scoremarathon | @scorexperience) for officially achieving the Malaysia Book of Records title for the LARGEST RUNNING EVENT! 🏅

At one of our recent races, we witnessed an incident where a runner deliberately smashed cups filled with drinks at the hydration station tables. The actions happened at an area staffed by volunteers who are pouring and handing out drinks to runners.

This behaviour is completely unacceptable.

Every race is made possible by hundreds of volunteers, crew members, medical teams, officials, and supporters who work tirelessly. Many start their day in the middle of the night, long before most runners arrive, and spend hours under the scorching hot sun, ensuring every runner has a safe and enjoyable race experience. They deserve to be treated with courtesy, appreciation, and respect.

We expect all runners to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times. Aggressive, abusive, intimidating, or disrespectful behaviour towards volunteers, event crew, officials, fellow runners, or members of the public will not be tolerated.

This includes, but is not limited to:
* Verbal abuse or harassment
* Throwing or deliberately smashing cups, bottles, or other items at hydration stations or anywhere along the course
* Physical intimidation or aggressive conduct
* Any behaviour that compromises the safety, wellbeing, or dignity of others

Any runners found engaging in such behaviour may be immediately disqualified, removed from the event, and banned from participating in any future events organised by SCORE Sports Management.

Sports should never come at the expense of respect.

From plastic waste to Champion 🏆

As part of the AmBank Malaysia Pickleball Championship sustainability initiative @mypickleballchampionship , these trophies are made with the same design using 💯% recycled plastics, combined with wooden furniture offcuts and broken pickleballs except this year we had to make the ball on the trophy spin.

Each piece is carefully crafted to show how waste materials can be transformed into something purposeful.

Behind every trophy are hours of collection, sorting, melting and fabrication by hand — all part of our effort to reduce plastic waste in Malaysia. 🇲🇾
