Spent the weekend with my family at a private session and then at the game the next night. When you’ve built real relationships and earned trust over time, this becomes part of the work. It’s not about access — it’s about being invested in their performance at every level.

Looking forward to seeing @frederikandersen31 have an amazing season. by @scotprohaska

Elite performance isn’t complicated. It’s systematic.

I’ve spent 25 years coaching 50+ professional athletes across the NFL, NBA, NHL, and beyond. Every single one followed the same framework the Six Lanes of High Performance:

🧠 Psychology — Mental resilience under pressure
👁 Sensory Motor -Spatial awareness, reaction time, proprioception
⚙️ Technical - Sport-specific skill mastery
🎯 Tactical - Game IQ and decision-making
💪 Physical Preparation - Strength, power, conditioning
😴 Recovery & Restoration - Sleep, nutrition, nervous system management

Most athletes focus on 1–2 lanes. Elite performers develop all 6. That’s the difference between good and great.

Which lane do you think holds most athletes back? Drop it in the comments.

The surgery is step one. What happens after is where most people leave performance on the table.

Tuesday I was in the operating room with @prem_ramkumar HSS and Harvard-trained orthopedic surgeon and one of the best in the country.

What we’ve built together is rare: a full pipeline from the operating table to elite performance. Our athletes and executives don’t just recover — they come back better.

That’s the standard we hold.

Athlete or executive navigating post-surgery and want to know what a real return to performance looks like? DM me APPLY. by @scotprohaska

Some clients fly you in.

Last week I flew out to Eugene to work with one of the players on the University of Oregon football team. This is what elite looks like behind the scenes Autzen Stadium, the indoor facility, the recovery room.

This is the level my athletes compete at.

2 spots open for remote coaching.
DM me APPLY.

For the first time in years, no one was asking us for anything.

No kids. No clients. No chaos.

Just us on the garden terrace at Lou Lou; truffle pasta, rosé, the Eiffel Tower sitting inside some of the most beautiful architecture in the world. Haussmann buildings that have been standing for 150 years, and we got to eat lunch in front of them.

Amanda and I don’t take this for granted. We own a business, we have 3 kids, and life moves fast. We have to choose each other on purpose trips like this don’t happen by accident.

Paris handed us a full day of nothing to do but be together. We took it.

High performance isn't just what happens on the field.

It's how you show up in every room. Every city. Every season of life.

This summer, Amanda and I did something we've never done before we left all three kids home and took our first solo trip together. Just the two of us.

Copenhagen for Freddie's wedding. Paris in between. Then Herning for his Stanley Cup day.

We've never done that. Three young kids, a training center to run, athletes to coach. There’s always a reason not to go. This time we went anyway.

And standing here at the Palais-Royal, I realized something: the same discipline that built my career is what almost kept me from enjoying it.

Elite performance means knowing when to push and knowing when to step back, recharge, and come back sharper.

That's not weakness. That's the standard.

25+ years coaching the world's best athletes has taken me around the world. But some rewards you have to decide to accept.

If you're serious about performing at the highest level in sport and in life — DM me APPLY.

The Cup makes its way to Herning, Denmark. 🏆

Frederik Andersen Stanley Cup Champion, and someone I’ve had the privilege of coaching for years. Watching him lift that trophy last month knowing the work he’s put in, the setbacks he’s pushed through, the standard he holds himself to this is what it’s all for.

Frederik calls Herning home. He brought the Cup home too. Couldn’t think of a better place to celebrate it.

Moments like this remind you why the work matters. taken in Herning, Denmark by @scotprohaska

Paris. Summer 2026.

25 years coaching elite athletes. I’ve been to Europe more times than I can count working with teams, training pros, chasing performance.

This time I came just to be here.

Some trips change your pace. This was one of them. 🇫🇷 taken in Hôtel de Ville, Paris by @scotprohaska

Sometimes the off-season looks like this. 🏆

Frederik Andersen. Stanley Cup Champion. And someone I’ve had the privilege of coaching for years.

This summer we celebrated two massive wins his championship, and his wedding. Being there for both reminded me exactly why I do what I do.

This isn’t just training. It’s relationships built over years of showing up.

More from the trip last week. 🇩🇰 taken in Denmark by @scotprohaska

Stanley Cup Champions. 🏒🏆

13 years ago, Freddie Andersen sat down with me and we talked about two things:

The kind of career he wanted to have.
And the kind of player he wanted to be.

Last night, the Carolina Hurricanes won the Stanley Cup.

That conversation? He lived it.

Freddie didn’t get here by accident. He got here by making a decision about who he was going to be and then putting in the work, year after year, to become that guy.

That’s what elite looks like. Not the highlight. The commitment behind it.

Congratulations, Freddie. Proud doesn’t begin to cover it.

I’ve learned so much from @scotprohaska and @procode6
In this @the_jbjs perspective, @sayyidahasan, Dr. Kelly, and I apply a practical playbook linking surgical leadership to Scot’s 6 Lanes with the goal of enhancing surgeon longevity and performance. by @scotprohaska
