Unskilled, unfit, unprepared= useless. We should be constantly growing physically mentally and spiritually.

Family always comes first. I’ve had so called mates get pissed off with me because I’ve canceled nights out or gym sessions because I’ve chosen my sons . Where are those so called friends now?i I’m glad I’ve always put my boys and family first . IM BUSY means someone else is higher on my list of priorities. It seems harsh . But at my age if you haven’t set boundaries by now you haven’t learnt what and who is important . Some people will never learn and constantly have drama and always bring it to you for assistance. Those people will drag you down and into every situation they have . Don’t be a lifeline for people who will take away your energy for what’s important. whw#thefatherfigure#masculinity#formidable#gratitude#integrity#honour#standup
