THREE YEARS AGO TODAY. 596 POUNDS. I walked into @charlesproctermd office at @beltlinebariatric to start filming 1000-Lb Best Friends. Today, three years to the day, I’m back. Nearly 400 pounds lost. A whole new life. 🙏🏼 So grateful for everything these last three years have taught me, the people God has placed in my life, and how far He’s brought me. Three years down. The rest of my life to go. ❤️‍🔥 #health #weightloss #transformation #life #love by @scott_bagwill
FULL CIRCLE. 🙏🏼🔥 February 2024: On the Left @joshkeenum and I were filming for the show, and I had NO idea just how much my life was about to change. Today: On the Right We’re standing side by side again, working on something VERY special with @onelifefit 👀🔥 @joshkeenum has been in my life for over a decade, and I’m beyond blessed to call him one of my dear friends. Looking at these two pictures and seeing just how much has changed in between them is something I’ll never take for granted. 🙏🏼 I’m incredibly blessed by @onelifefit and I cannot WAIT for you guys to see what we’ve been cooking up. Trust me… you’re going to want to see this. 👀🔥 #weightlossjourney #workout #health #transformation #life proud to be an @h2allofficial athelete by @scott_bagwill
🔥MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT🔥 I am confidently pumped to say I am in the best shape physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally I have ever been. Over the last two years, this journey has been filled with progress, lessons, highs, lows, and everything in between. I am ready to share it all. It has been about more than numbers. It has been about growth, consistency, and building something sustainable. I could not have done this alone. First, I want to give a huge thank you to @charlesproctermd with @beltlinebariatric . Early on, he looked me in the eye and said, “You have to decide if you are going to live or are you going to die.” That moment changed everything for me. His guidance, honesty, and belief in me from the very beginning have been life changing. Over the coming days and weeks, I will also be sharing what I have been up to over the last year, my adventures, and thanking the amazing people who have supported, encouraged, and believed in me along the way. This is not the finish line. This is only the beginning. The best is yet to come. Stay tuned. #transformation #fyp #body #weightloss #inspiration by @scott_bagwill

DON’T BE AFRAID TO SPEAK UP. 🎙️ I’ve learned through my own journey that the things we struggle with in silence can become the very things that inspire someone else. The battles nobody sees. The struggles we hide. The healing we need. Your story doesn’t have to be perfect to make an impact. Speak up. Speak out. You never know who needs to hear it. #mentalhealth #life #youmatter #share #love by @scott_bagwill

It’s amazing how something as simple as an airplane seatbelt can become a milestone. Today, I was able to tighten my seatbelt more than I ever have before. To some, this might not look like much. It’s just an airplane seatbelt. But to me, it’s a reminder of how far I’ve come. This is the most I’ve ever been able to tighten it, and it’s hard to put into words what that feels like. Moments like this aren’t about the seatbelt itself. They’re about freedom. They’re about progress. They’re about all the little victories that remind me my life is changing in ways I once only dreamed about. These are the wins that don’t always make headlines, but they mean everything to the person living them. A huge shoutout to my @runwchristatl family. Thank you for every mile, every word of encouragement, and every reminder that I was capable of more than I believed. I’m so grateful to have such an incredible community beside me on this journey. Grateful for this moment. Grateful for this journey. And excited for every milestone that’s still ahead. ✈️💛 #freedom #transformation #health #travel #family by @scott_bagwill
