Who would’ve thought that the guy who almost didn’t finish high school would end up owning 2 welding schools?😂
.
Man, it’s been a wild ride over the years from constantly popping my parent’s electrical breaker every 30 minutes to spending an ungodly amount of money upgrading the electrical systems in two different buildings.
.
I’ve taken a pretty big step back from social media lately. Posting every day, trying to keep up with engagement, growing my page, and chasing trends has become a lot to balance while building PWA.
.
I just want to take a moment to thank everyone who has supported me since the beginning of this journey.
It truly has not gone unnoticed. I appreciate all of the support, encouragement, and knowledge that so many of you have shared with me along the way! by @scott_raabe

This showed up on my memories, so I had to share it again. “When do you know it’s time to start your own business?”
.
My answer is simple. There are two ways to know:
.
1st (the way I started PWA)- You will never know if it’s the right time, you just need to take a leap of faith. Bet on yourself and your work ethic. The only thing holding you back is your own self-doubt.
.
2nd - Do the math. Every time you clock-in, it’s actually costing you money because that is time you are taking away from your “side job”. At that point, your current job and your side job have switched places. Which one is more important to you?
.
When #2 happens, you must refer to #1. Both play a huge role in your future success. If you don’t bet on yourself, who else will? by @scott_raabe
