Marcus put the cherry on top of his birthday sundae (no pun intended after you see some of the pics in the reel) today. He spent today with several of his buds celebrating 16. The boys celebrated with lots of food and fun and even a torrential downpour couldn’t stop their pool fun. He has one more celebration coming next weekend with a few more of his friends. We’re looking forward to that one as well.

Happy birthday to our amazing young 16 year old. Love you buddy.

Sorry for the long video. Im a bit of a sappy gasbag. I also wished in retrospect we would have managed expectations on this last days gift. This. Was never about the presents, but we did have fun watching him….this was bout Robert and I celebrating him and the young man he’s becoming.

Thanks everyone for following along. For the love and support for Marcus, now and throughout his entire life. We are truly blessed to call you all friends and family.

We love you all. #lovemyfamily❤️ #16daysto16 #weloveyoubuddy #thebigdayisfinllyhere #BigThingsAheadForMarcus @the_landers_taylor_family by @scott_taylor_60

It’s the final countdown and the last night we have a 15 year old. 16 seems like such a big milestone. Where did our little boy go? 😢 He’s growing in to a fine young man that makes Poppa and Dabo very proud.

16 Days to 16 – Day 14
We’re officially on the razor’s edge of 16. 🪒😳

Today’s gift: is given with love and because somehow we’ve reached the point where “little boy” and “young man” are separated by a razor-thin margin.

The countdown just got real##lovemyfamily❤️ #16daysto16 #weloveyoubuddy @the_landers_taylor_family by @scott_taylor_60
