Who run the world?
CURLS 🙌🏽🙌🏽

I’m loving the fact your all embracing those curls and waves 👌🏽

Adding Shape, Hydration, Colour & Definition makes so much difference 🙌🏽

Don’t panic my curl by curl cutting experience appointments include a full step by step of product use, where and when to use and how much to use, my goal is not only to cut your curls but make sure they are fully looked after and you feel confident to go away with a simple step by step guide of how to best look after them.

Scandi Formulas 🙌🏽💡⤵️

Not all blondes have to be ashy or white, you all know i love platinum hair but not everyone can get there and not all hair types are strong enough to maintain it for a long time, regardless if they have £100’s worth of aftercare, hair isn’t invincible at the end of the day.

You got your client there once but now her hair just can’t take any more lightening, this is not a bad situation, your a stylist and you care about the hair in your chair, it’s not all about that one Insta image, it’s about condition, shine and hair health.

Adding a touch of warmth to the blonde the brighter the client will feel and the more dimension the more expensive and classy👌🏽

Let’s bring back some more dimensional creamy formulas 🤩

Below are a few of my favourites, all were lifted to a level 9/10 using the balayage lightener, it’s actually really nice to use in foil👌🏽
If you want a few hints and tips on lift, you will find a lifting and application post in my feed👌🏽

All below formulas were left to develop for 30mins.

Pearl Beige: 15g 10.2, 15g 9.21 with 60g 6vol (permanent colour)

Honey Glaze: 10g 9.003, 10g 9.31, 5g 8.035 with 50g 6vol (permanent colour)

Vanilla Pearl: 25g 10.1, 5g 10.0 with 30g 6vol (soft colour)

Tips: remember to always use the Ref Hair & Body Cleansing shampoo before you tone to remove the lightener fully, low and slow is key when lifting, ph spray is a must and aftercare is key to condition and lifespan☺️

When your team sees what you bring

Huge congratulations to Scott, who just found out his salon nominated him for the Beauty Full Awards without him knowing. That's the kind of talent recognition that matters.

No big announcement. No self-promotion. Just a team that saw the care, skill and dedication in every client transformation and thought, "this needs to be celebrated."

Scott, you've made it to the finals, and honestly? We can see exactly why.

Here's to the stylists who raise the bar in the game quietly, the salons that champion their talent, and the kind of recognition that actually means something.

You've earned this. by @scott_thair

20 years in this industry and still so much to learn 🙌🏼

Curl education with @scott_thair + @hannah.w_circlesofhair thank you both for sharing your knowledge on all things curls!

We don’t work with curls a lot in the salon, but after today I’m pretty pumped to get my hands on some and put what we learnt into practice 🤍

My 4-Step Styling Routine to Beat the Heat. ☀️✨

Hot weather doesn’t have to mean frizz, dry ends and losing your style by lunchtime.

These are my four go-to REF products for keeping your hair healthy, hydrated and looking its best all summer long...

✨ Step 1: REF Detangling Spray
Hydrates, detangles and protects your hair from heat styling while helping to reduce breakage.

✨ Step 2: REF Whipped Moisture Mousse
A lightweight moisture boost that deeply hydrates, softens and nourishes your hair without weighing it down.

✨ Step 3: REF Shine Elixir
Smooths frizz, adds beautiful shine and leaves your hair feeling silky soft with a lightweight finish.

✨ Step 4: REF Hold & Shine Spray
Locks your style in place while adding the perfect glossy finish to keep your hair looking fresh all day.

The result? Hydrated, healthy-looking hair with less frizz, more shine and a salon finish that lasts, even in the summer heat. ☀️

Want to build the perfect REF routine for your hair? Pop into the salon and I’ll help you choose the products that are best suited to your hair, or ask me at your next appointment and I’ll happily talk you through my favourites.
