Well the NASA Championship @sebringraceway didn’t go as planned but still had a great time. Finished both races on a flatbed because the transmission was leaking then ultimately failed Sunday. Big thanks to everyone that visited over the weekend. Great to see my cousin @trickyb.1 @cody.y50 @craig_2727 @miss_fit_engineer and Laurie and George!!
Two more weekends left in the season. by @scottbassinder

What a great last 5 races it’s been! 5 wins in a row! Sundays race was an intense battle with @racerwong.shooterwong for the win. I able to just stay out front and successfully clear all the traffic. Big thanks to @two.two.three.racing for doing most of the work changing out a faulty steering rack on Friday afternoon and another thank you to @racerwong.shooterwong for providing said steering rack! Off to the nations at Sebring next weekend. @muellermotorsports @martells_tikibar @epicmotorsports @hoosiertire @hawkperformance @vpracingfuels by @scottbassinder

It’s been a year of bad luck with a little good luck mixed in. A win on Saturday at lime rock. But before the weekend had to do an engine change and on Friday the gearbox wouldn’t stay in third gear so I had to figure out a way to drive around it. I could hold it in third while accelerating but the downshifting it would pop straight out. Friday qualifying the water pump pulley fell off so a water pump replacement was needed and I was out of race 1. By Saturday morning it was fixed. Thank you to @klevisprifti and @hispeedmotorsports Joe @muellermotorsports for the help. by @scottbassinder

Thank you to everyone that reached out to make sure I was ok. The racing community is the best. Second place Saturday a great battle with @racerwong.shooterwong for the win to the wrecker Sunday morning. Engine lost power on the opening lap at about the fastest part of the track and I was hit from behind. No fault of the other car. I spun tried to control it the best I could but took two pretty good shots with the last one the biggest. Thankfully everyone slowed down before they got to me. I wasn’t hurt at all nor was I sore the next few days after. The seat @racetechusa, seat belts @sabeltofficial, HANS device @hansraceproducts and helmet @bellracinghq all did their job. Thanks to my track family for helping get the car into my trailer. @you.know.tom @jmgracingnj @roy_farfel and Anthony. It will be at @muellermotorsports next week for repairs and hopefully back on track by June. by @scottbassinder

This past weekend on Friday 4th in GTS3 and Saturday 2nd in class and 2nd overall. Wasn’t very happy with my Friday performance but Saturday was much better. Looking forward to next month at NJMP. by @scottbassinder

Got my first win in the rain GTS3 #nasane series Saturday and 2nd place Sunday. Big thanks to #tyspeed and Max for always making sure we have everything we need going into the weekend and for being on hand all weekend. Shout out to #mattplumbracing for helping set the car up in the off season and answering all my questions. It’s been a lot of fun and hard work getting to this point but there’s always work to be done in racing, it never stops. Can’t wait for the next race in July in lime rock. by @scottbassinder

Very happy to be racing again after a long time off. I found a great series NASA NE and a class of racing GTS 3 that is a lot of fun with great competition too! I also found a great BMW race/automotive shop in Jackson #tyspeed. So far 4 races two at Watkins Glen 5th in both and two at NJMP a 4th and 2nd places. by @scottbassinder
