What changes when we stop looking at anatomy only in static conditions and start understanding it under load?

The International WBCT Society (IWBCTS) is returning to AOFAS & IFFAS 2026 in Seattle with “New Avenues for Weightbearing CT Applications” another opportunity to bring the international orthopaedic community together around the evolving science and clinical applications of WBCT.

Our continued participation in major international scientific meetings reflects a core part of our mission: creating spaces where research, clinical experience and technological advances can converge to broaden understanding and stimulate meaningful scientific discussion.

At AOFAS & IFFAS 2026, the conversation continues examining how weightbearing 3D imaging can contribute to the assessment of alignment and deformity, preoperative planning and clinical decision-making.

For the IWBCTS, being present again is not simply about participation. It is about contributing to the scientific dialogue, challenging established perspectives and connecting the people advancing knowledge in musculoskeletal imaging.
