Wonder why Landlords have to charge 1st, Last, & Security these days in order for you to move in??

This place right here is Why!!! 😖 Over $5,000 in damages to this property from previous tenants.

Sometimes I surprise myself with what we’re able to do on a daily basis. We really brought this place back to life in under 2 weeks and I’m amazed at just how good it looks when it’s all cleaned up!

Shout out to the guys for the great work!! 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
