I'm the guy celebrating a 5th place like i've just come 1st 😂. Truth be told, in my eyes I had won. I got my world finals Team GB invite. And it feels so good to be at that level. To have your name called out and invited to worlds just hits different. Head down, and onto the next comp. There is still room for improvement moving forward, and i will 100% continue to dig for the rest of the season and keep chipping away. I've got more condition to come, so I'm excited to have atleast 10 more weeks to dial in a better physique. When @l.h_fitness wants 2 more reps, but there's nothing left in the tank, all you can do is laugh 😂 . Doing whats required to stimulate change and muscle growth means pushing to these extremes.
