This comeback is personal.

To show that a "career ending injury" doesn't have to be that.

To prove to myself that I can.

Nothing to lose everything to gain.

Nothing given. Everything taken.

The old me doesn't train here anymore.

Mens mental health month.

80% of the worlds suicides are.men.

Let's talk about it.
Let's work together and change it.

Life is heavy.
Nobody has to do it alone.

Leg days look a little different than before.

Squatting big weight was fun and all.
But post quad tear and trying to return to sport makes things look different.

Lighter weight.
More reps.
Lots of jumping.
Sprint starts.
Direction changes.

This is still rehab.
Stay tuned for the full return.

The old me doesn't train here anymore.

This wasn't given. I earned it.

This is me.
Raw.
Broken.
Healed.

3 injuries that should have ended my lifting/sport careers.
3 elbow surgeries on the left.
3 physically and mentally demanding rehabs.
The darkness of depression.
Self doubt.

The moment you hear over and over when a big injury happens is "now what. It's over for me. I'm done"

But then you get up.
You rebuild.
You become stronger than ever before.
You earn your revenge.

That's my revenge arc.

Nothing given.
Everything taken.
The old me doesn't train here anymore.
