Wow, time flies! It’s been ONE incredible year since we opened our doors at 451 Elmwood, and Tom and I are absolutely blown away by the support and love we’ve received.

We wouldn’t be here without my amazing former team who believed in us and took a leap of faith with us as our very first agents. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! 🤍

A huge shoutout to my parents for being my rock and to Kyle, who’s been there through sleepless nights, design decisions (yes, that gold toilet!), and every moment in between.

And of course, to all the incredible agents who’ve joined us this year—this journey has been surreal and so rewarding. You have made this place more than a brokerage, you’ve made it a family. Watching our community grow has been one of the greatest joys of my life. Every day, I wake up grateful for this life and this company that Tom and I get to build together.

In 2020, I started The Scott Perkins Team, a group of incredible individuals who taught me so much and shaped my journey in real estate. Together, we achieved amazing milestones, including ranking in the top 100 agents for three years in a row. I’m so proud that this team has now transitioned to being independent agents at our brokerage, Realty ONE Group Empower, where we’ve built such a strong team feel that they’re ready to soar on their own. Watching them grow into thriving, independent agents has been one of my proudest achievements.

Now, I’m thrilled to introduce my next chapter: ONE with Scott.

As a broker of Realty ONE Group Empower, alongside my amazing business partner Tom Anderson, I’m shifting my focus to empowering agents to build their brands and grow their businesses while earning 100% of their commission. It’s my mission to help agents break free from restrictive commission splits and realize their full potential.

While my primary focus is on growing our brokerage and supporting our agents, I’m still actively involved in sales for my clients. I deeply value the business I’ve built over the years, and staying connected to the market allows me to better support my agents by understanding current trends and challenges firsthand.

In just one year, we’ve grown from 8 to 38 agents, surpassed $50 million in sales, and opened our dream office on Elmwood. None of this would be possible without the dynamic relationships and inspiring culture we’ve built—a true family of agents.
