Ruth,

Before I met you I was so lost. I was fighting for happiness, losing myself in work, church and hobbies. I was begging god all the time for help and direction. I felt like I knew where I was going but the darkness was so thick I couldn't see which way I was traveling to get there.

Then you, YOU RUTH! Brought a big light in the sky that helped me see everything in the darkness. I could now see not just the path I was on, but all of the things people put in my way. I saw all the obstacles that people snuck in front of me under the cover of the darkness. Most of all I saw those who were hiding in the darkness waiting to set obstacles in front of me. It hurt so bad that many of those were the ones who were offering me their hand to guide me in the darkness.

Thank you Ruth for not telling me where to go. For not pulling me through the darkness, but for lighting it up so I could make the right choices myself. Thank you my love!

I wake up every day and realize that my amazing life isnt a dream. It’s real. You really chose me. I really get to be with you. I get to live a life full of support, love, abundance, protection, safety, pleasure, bliss, excitement, fun, desire and so much more.

You’re example makes me want to strive to do these same things for you.

I am yours! My desire for me is to please you, support you, love you, protect you, cherish you, see you, hold you and honor you.

Happy birthday! You deserve to be celebrated. The world is such a better place with you in it. I know from personal experience how much better life is with you in it.

I love you with all the understanding of love that I have and even more than my words can describe!

Sometimes the most amazing nights are the ones you never see coming. ❤️

A few days ago, Ruth asked me what night I could get away from work so she could take me up north. That was it. No explanation, no hints. Just instructions to dress up and be ready for a surprise.

When I got home from work, she showed me what she was wearing, and WOW! She was absolutely breathtaking in a black evening gown. 😍 I put on my suit, and off we went, with me having no idea what she had planned.

She surprised me with an incredible evening of dinner and a magic show, and had even arranged for us to sit at the head of the table with the best view. Every detail was thoughtfully planned to make the night special.

Life has been incredibly busy and stressful lately. Between work and everything we’re trying to accomplish, sometimes I get so caught up in taking care of responsibilities that I forget to slow down and enjoy the life we’re building. Somehow, Ruth always knows exactly what I need. She knows the little things that bring me back to myself, help me reconnect, and remind me what really matters.

It’s moments like these that remind me that the greatest success in my life isn’t anything I’ve accomplished at work. It’s getting to share my life with this incredible woman.

Ruth loves so intentionally and gives so much of herself. She has this amazing ability to make me feel seen, appreciated, and deeply loved. She doesn’t just tell me she loves me. She shows me in a thousand little ways.

That night was exactly the reset I didn’t even realize I needed. A chance to laugh, reconnect, and fall in love with my beautiful wife all over again.

Ruth, you make my life more exciting, meaningful, and beautiful than I ever imagined. Thank you for always knowing how to bring me back to what matters most.

The real magic that night wasn’t happening at the dinner table. It was sitting right beside me in a black evening gown. ❤️

Today I lost my grandma, one of the most loving and giving people I have ever known.

It’s hard to put into words everything she gave me, because so much of who I am was shaped by her. She taught me to have pride in who I was, to take pride in how I presented myself, and most importantly, to have faith and a love for God.

She taught me to strive to be the best at everything I do and to believe that nothing is impossible if I am willing to work for it. She taught me the importance of practice—not just with her words, but through her example. I can still picture her practicing the piano and organ, day after day, always working to get better. She showed me that the things we become good at are the things we are willing to work for.

Grandma never missed a birthday, a celebration, or an achievement. No matter how big or small the occasion was, she wanted to be there. She wanted to be part of my life. She always wanted to connect, to know what was happening, and to make sure I knew how much she cared.

More than anything, she taught me what family means. Family is forever. Family shows up. Family celebrates together, hurts together, forgives, loves, and stays connected through everything. She lived that lesson every day of her life.

As much as it hurts to lose her today, there is something beautiful in knowing that she finally gets to go home to Grandpa and Uncle Paul. I can only imagine that reunion.

And I hope somewhere in heaven there is an organ waiting for her. I hope she is already sitting down at it, playing with Grandpa and Uncle Paul nearby and all the angels gathered around, celebrating that she finally made it home.

I love you, Grandma. Thank you for loving me, believing in me, showing up for me, and teaching me lessons that will stay with me for the rest of my life.

You will always be a part of who I am.

AHHHH another of my 20 year DREAM came true today! F1 Savannah Kitten! This big boy is our new #silverdanceranch baby!
He's only 12 weeks old and already so Big!
Now to fly home with him to from Kansas to Utah. Thanks Melissa @iwanna_savannah for raising such a beautiful boy for us. #f1savannahcat

There are some people who come into our lives and leave something behind that can never really be explained. Lynda was one of those people.

Lynda had incredible spiritual gifts—or, as we often called them, her “magic.” She had a way of seeing, feeling, and understanding things beyond the surface, and anyone who had the opportunity to truly know her could feel that there was something special about her.

Lynda joined Ruth and me for spiritual retreats we hosted in Egypt and Mexico, and both experiences gave us the opportunity to really bond with her. We went deep together. We shared our lives, our struggles, our experiences, and parts of ourselves that we were trying to understand and heal. I learned so much from the things Lynda shared with us, but I learned just as much from simply watching the way she lived.

She had been battling cancer, but she never allowed cancer to become the definition of her life. She fought. She kept showing up. She kept searching, learning, growing, healing, and pushing herself to become more. Even when her body was fighting an incredibly difficult battle, her spirit never stopped moving forward.

And that is why it is hard for me to believe that Lynda’s magic simply ends here.

The body may have limits, but I don’t believe the spirit does. I believe the gifts Lynda carried, the love she gave, the wisdom she shared, and the energy she brought into the lives of others continue beyond this life. Maybe now, without the limitations of a body that had fought for so long, her magic is even bigger than it was before.

I am incredibly grateful that our paths crossed in this lifetime. Grateful for Egypt. Grateful for Mexico. Grateful for the conversations, the vulnerability, the lessons, the laughter, and the moments when we got to witness Lynda’s magic firsthand.

Lynda, we love you. We will miss your physical presence more than words can say, but I don’t believe this is goodbye.

Keep working your magic from the other side. ✨

Rain dance worked again! It's starting to feel like the rain is following me. Almost like I have a lot of deep emotions just needing to burst out. And god and the earth is helping me and all if us release. Beautifully! 😭😂😘💎🙏🙌🤪
