Last heavy sandbag session before competition on Nov 14. Feeling pretty decent about the sandbags

Maybe I'll find a nice Black Friday deal on a Strongman log

All jokes aside, Chris is one of the coolest guys on the platform and he's definitely the king of sandbags for a reason. After speaking with him about his methodology, it'll become very clear that it was absolutely no accident that he's as good as he is. He's helping me become more violent and explosive with my bag work, follow him if you aren't already. @mcgannchris92

Also, I did the final meaningful sets of axle bar deadlifting today with a decent amount of volume. Kept plenty in the tank though, competition isn't too far away and I'm hoping to exceed expectations. Gotta manage the fatigue and show up healthy.

Prepping for the @heavymetalfit Metal Mayhem competition in less than a month! There will be some absolute monsters competing, and I'm looking to make a splash

Easy sandbag work today after a light deadlift session. Fatigue management is the name of the game, since I doubt I'm gonna make significant strength progress between now and my next competition in less than a month.

Last time I ever compete in 2 shows this close to each other, I'll tell you that much. Looking forward to Metal Mayhem in San Antonio and then an extended break to gain weight and get stronger.

There was also an overhead press event that didn't get recorded, but I placed 2nd there if.you care to know. Really cool event and big thanks to the guys at @48str8_supps for putting so much effort into making it great

Very light day, accumulating no fatigue, just doing a couple of reps at RPE5 or 6. Feeling good, feeling fresh

That is a new PR folks. I wanna be the sandbag king, I'm coming for @mcgannchris92 throne

Didn't just do deadlifts only by the way

We will have a better day at the competition! Let the body reset a bit and then hopefully put on a good show. Thanks as always for the support
