Join us on October 18 with Special Guest Robert Trombetta, a member of PFLAG DeLand/Volusia and the SW Dem Club. We are so excited to hear his story and journey with us.

WHAT ARE GATHERINGS? Christ-centered support gatherings welcoming LGBTQ+ individuals, loved ones, and allies from all denominations. Whether you’re exploring how to be a better ally, looking for community, or hoping to share and listen to real experiences, you are welcome here. Together, we celebrate faith, love, and the unique journeys that make each of us
who we are.

HOW IS A GATHERING? We begin with a hymn, followed by a prayer, and then make announcements on events happening in the community. We also feature "Rainbow Connection" (a discussion about the advocacy we have undertaken with the LGBTQ+ community over the last month) and address a topic. Then our special guest shares their story with us.

If you would like to bring snacks to share, that would be wonderful.

Books are being challenged every year (especially in Florida and Texas). It's important to expand our knowledge and learn from other experiences through books.

As always, we’ll have a post-film discussion, trivia, themed gift bags, and a raffle for a special giveaway! 🎟️

Rainbow Cinema Club aims to educate and uplift our community through the power of Queer storytelling—and this month, we’re celebrating queer resilience, camp horror, and the iconic tradition of surviving (and thriving) against all odds.

🍕 Pizza and water will be provided during the break after Hairspray. If you can pitch in $5, that would be very helpful.

You don't have to stay for all five movies—come for one, stay for three, or be one of the brave souls who makes it through the entire marathon!

PLUS I'm still collecting donations like clothing, DVDs, CDs, canned food, and more. I will be distributing them to The Umbrella Brigade, Out of the Closet, and Tucked Away Boutique. There will be a spot too at the dining room so you can write to our sailors.

Had to post pics of @ryleigh.hg beautiful cake!! The best cake I've had in a while. That frosting was perfection! Plus the cookie fan was DA BEST! I'm not a huge fan of frosting because it can be waaay too sweet. But I loved this one! Again, you need someone to make a cake, she's your gal! Check out @oohcutecookie
