I’ve never posted Scour before, but this performance immediately changed that. 🤘🔥

Scour performing “Dispatched” live at One Eyed Jacks, with Phil Anselmo delivering an absolutely savage vocal performance. His voice is raw, aggressive, and completely locked into the dark intensity of Scour’s sound.

For anyone who knows Anselmo from Pantera, Down, Superjoint, or his countless contributions to heavy music, Scour shows another side of what he can do vocally. The band pulls heavily from black metal, extreme metal, hardcore, and punk, creating a sound that feels chaotic without losing its precision.

And Phil’s vocals are the standout here. The sheer aggression and control in this performance are exactly why he remains such an influential figure in heavy music decades into his career.

If this is your first time hearing Scour, “Dispatched” is one hell of an introduction. 🤘🖤

Today, the legendary venue @brickbybricksd will have its final show on Buenos Avenue.

Scour had the pleasure of performing at Brick in 2018 in a rare California appearance.

Hails and respect to everyone at Brick and the San Diego metal scene.🤘🏻⚔️

The @scour_official Infusorium video recently passed 1 million views. We are really proud of this total DIY production; conceived and executed entirely by the band with the help of our close friends and @malcolm_inferi! Thanks to @housecorerecords and @nuclearblastrecords for all the effort behind the “Gold” record! taken in New Orleans, Louisiana by @scour_official

Scour - Mystic Festival 2026 I One of my favorite sets of @festivalmystic #scour is stripped down #blackmetal that is even more brutal than most corpsepaint and spiked clad compadres. I never found out if that fan got Phil's sandal. 🤔 #scourband
