Tonight, during the President’s Medal Gala, we’re aiming to reach an incredible milestone: permanently endowing the Presidential Scholarship Endowment Fund at $30 million. Thanks to our alumni and friends, it’s been an amazing 25-year marathon of generosity, building this endowment to support and help transform the lives of Scranton’s exceptional students. Now, Father Marina has accepted the challenge to take us to the finish line, and he’s literally running there! Help us finish strong by making your gift at the link in bio. by @scrantonalumni

TODAY IS THE DAY!

Tonight, Royals, friends and supporters will gather at Pier Sixty in New York City for the 25th presentation of The University of Scranton’s President’s Medal, where we will honor Robert S. ’68 and Marilyn A. Weiss for their extraordinary commitment to Scranton and its students.
For 25 years, the President’s Medal celebrations have brought our community together to recognize remarkable people and create opportunities for the next generation of Royals.
Since 2002, President’s Medal celebrations have raised more than $23 million for the Presidential Scholarship Endowment Fund, helping provide four-year, full-tuition scholarships to outstanding incoming students. As we celebrate 25 years of memories, generosity and Scranton Pride, we’re also looking ahead to the students whose stories have yet to be written.

Here’s to an unforgettable evening! by @scrantonalumni

ONE WEEK UNTIL THE PRESIDENT’S MEDAL GALA!
For 25 years, the President’s Medal celebration has brought together Royals, friends and supporters to celebrate extraordinary people and create opportunities for the next generation of Scranton students.
The story began more than five decades ago with the Presidential Scholarship, a commitment to investing in students who demonstrated excellence in and out of the classroom. In 2002, that legacy grew into the first President’s Medal dinner, created through the vision of University leaders, alumni and friends who believed in the power of philanthropy and connection.
Since 2002, President’s Medal celebrations have raised more than $23 million for the Presidential Scholarship Endowment Fund, helping provide four-year, full-tuition scholarships to outstanding incoming students.
As we look back at 25 years of memories, we also look ahead to the students whose stories have yet to be written.
Join us as we celebrate the 25th presentation of the President’s Medal and honor Robert S. ’68 and Marilyn A. Weiss.
