After ➡️ Before

I am so excited about this project! This client already had a beautiful back deck, but wanted to enjoy this space more months out of the year.

This project included a complete demolition of the existing deck and foundations. Now in its place is a 3 season room! We utilized structural screening from @screen.tight - This eliminates the need for a railing and allows for unobstructed views! 🤩 A fireplace and ceiling heaters will keep them warm on chilly evenings 🔥

It’s officially screen porch season—aka that sweet spot where the weather’s perfect, the drinks are cold, and the vibes are immaculate… if you can see through the layer of pollen.

Here’s to breezy mornings, golden hour hangs, and pretending we’re not mildly allergic to spring.
