When we are confronted by many problems, it is easier to lose sight of Him than to trust in Him. Often, we become surrounded by overwhelming struggles and pain that cloud our judgement, faith and hope in God. Isaiah 41:10 says, “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right.” May you never lose hope because God can always turn your brokenness into something beautiful. Have a blessed week ahead. ❤️🙏🏻 #madewithunsplash •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• 📸: © @unsplash & @mischievous_penguins for the photo by @scribbledfaith

Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me. “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. - John 15:4-5 ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• This has been my life verse ever since I committed my life to the Lord Jesus Christ, dated May 16, 2009.

I am reminded that nothing is an accident to the Lord.
I am who I am for a purpose, that is to know Him and make Him known.
When things get tough in my life, I just go back to this verse, and I am always reminded that whatever happens, my goal is to be closer to God, my ultimate purpose in life. That without Him, I am nothing. And if I want to succeed, I need to always include Him in the equation of my life. My fulfillment comes from Him alone, and not from the things of this world. And the promise that whatever I do will succeed when I put God in it. -@yanneyaelsegui ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Feel free to DM us your life verse and testimony to be featured on this series. 🌟 ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• 📸: © @unsplash | @richlock by @scribbledfaith

Matthew 6:34 ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• This verse basically talks about how we can and should trust in God. We may experience difficult times, but we should simply offer everything to God. Worrying is a waste of time and it wouldn't change anything. It will just steal your happiness away. As it says in the verse, "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." -@reneadayoung ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Feel free to DM us your life verse and testimony to be featured on this series. 🌟 ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• 📸: © @unsplash | @samuelferrara by @scribbledfaith

Colossians 3:23 ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• This verse is commonly seen anywhere--jerseys, taglines, wallpapers, and bios. Recognized by many, but appreciated by only a few, this verse tells us what passion truly is. Passion is the heart of everything that you do. It is what keeps you motivated until you get that last 100th shot in a court. It is what keeps you pushing until your very last breath! However, as humans, we all know that our limitations are great. We're bound to get burnt out of just anything that we do. In fact, even Jesus experienced fatigue. He experienced pain just like us, but what made Him continue His mission was His persistence to complete His Father's will out of love for us, which was to die on the cross for our sins. Even with the worst kind of punishment, He successfully accomplished the right thing to do, all because He had the right motivation which was to glorify God. How about you? What drives your life?

Luke 14:33 ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• I used to hear lots of stories from different christian leaders of how they were able to achieve a successful life, and their denominator to achieve success is their strong relationship with God. None of them were proud about their achievements, but rather they were proud of the God that they have.
As I seek how to develop my relationship with God, I actively participated in different ministries and seminars, only to find out that I was burning myself out, trying to attain self-glorification, and seeking God's blessings from every ministry I had done. At the end, I tried cutting down my ministries to give time for me to fix my relationship with God and to look for the missing piece to fill the hole in my life. Soon, I was able to encounter Luke 14:33 that gave the biggest turning point in my life. The thing that I lacked the most is the ability to let go of everything to God. I found myself not putting God in the center of every task I do, not using all my blessings for His kingdom, and doubting Him to solve my problems. Once realized, all I had to do was give up everything I have: talents, wealth, and time. It might not be as easy as it was said to be done, but entrusting Him with my whole life is the best decision I've ever made. -@bobbyyy307 ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Feel free to DM us your life verse and testimony to be featured on this series. 🌟 ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• 📸: © @unsplash | @igorovsyannykoy by @scribbledfaith

Psalm 61:2 ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• This verse served as a huge lesson for me.
Recently, I had a really hard time choosing the college I want to study in. Alot of people were already asking me to make up my mind because I can't seem to decide on which path to take even at the last minute. Being indecisive, I've passed requirements and paid reservation fees in two different universities.
During those times, my heart was really overwhelmed. There were sleepless nights that I would just stare blankly and ponder on what I should do, trying to figure out everything on my own. I needed assurance, security, and clarity of my future.
In the end of going through all this process, I had forgotten that I left God from the equation. I should have trusted Him to lead me where He wants me to go.

There are times when we don't understand everything that's happening-worrying too much and forgetting who's really in control.
Sometimes, we just have to let go and see where He takes us. Sometimes, we just need to take heed; if he jumps through a cliff, we must follow even if we don't know where it will take us. Sometimes, we just need to rely everything upon Him. May we always check upon our hearts, who is sitting on the throne? Is it us or Jesus?
College lesson 101: Though we don't know what the future holds, let go and enjoy the journey. Trust Him, the one who holds the past, present and future. Everything was already beautifully planned out for us.
So let's stop worrying, and be reminded that we are not here by chance. He placed us here to fulfill a purpose.

College is a big chapter of our life. We would be placed in different situations, we thought we'd never experience. However do not fear, we don't have to figure everything out right away because it's all part of God's plan. -@aguinaldo_22 ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Feel free to DM us your life verse and testimony to be featured on this series. 🌟 ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• 📸: © @unsplash | @jacalynbeales by @scribbledfaith

2 Corinthians 12:9 ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• This verse has reminded me time and time again that God's grace and goodness is more than we could ever comprehend. During my darkest days, when there seems to be no hope of things getting better, this verse serves as a great comfort and blessing for me to know that our God will always be there to restore our brokenness and heal our pain. All we have to do is fully trust in His power and grace. No matter how vulnerable we feel, there is never an excuse for us not to get back up on our feet, for it is through our weakness that God's name will truly be glorified. -@catwu21 ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Feel free to DM us your life verse and testimony to be featured on this series. 🌟 ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• 📸: © @unsplash | @anniespratt by @scribbledfaith

“He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”
‭‭-Isaiah‬ ‭40:29-31‬ ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Isaiah 40:29-31 has been my life verse ever since I was Grade 1, when we were asked to memorize it as it was our class verse. Since then, I unconsciously sought this verse for comfort whenever I felt weak, tired or insecure. God truly loves us, because He is ready to renew our strength whenever, wherever, as long as we call out to Him. So whenever you feel weak and drained of energy and purpose, keep in mind that God will make you strong. 💪🏾 -@elaineallison19 ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Feel free to DM us your life verse and testimony to be featured on this series. 🌟 ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• 📸: © @unsplash | @averieclaire by @scribbledfaith

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” - Jeremiah‬ ‭29:11‬ ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• I used to question God whenever I struggled. I thought that if He truly loves me, then He would not let me experience pain and sorrow. Then in the lowest point of my life, I came across this verse. Jeremiah 29:11 serves as a reminder that everything happens for a reason, but more than that, it stands as a promise that God knows what is best for us. Surely, there are a lot of things in this world that we do not understand. There are countless questions left unanswered. More often, it is easier to doubt God than to put our trust in Him, but let us remember that it is Him who holds our hands. - @pandaburrrrrrr ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Feel free to DM us your life verse and testimony to be featured on this series. 🌟 ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• 📸: © @unsplash | @ilsangmoon by @scribbledfaith

"Cast your cares upon the Lord and He will sustain you." -Proverbs 55:22a ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• I'm a person that easily gets stressed and I'm an over thinker. Sometimes I worry too much to the point that I get anxious over unnecessary things. This verse has helped me remember that God is in control and I have nothing to worry about. God is bigger than my problems and I am reminded through this verse that I should lift all my worries to Him because at the end of the day, He is the one who will give me the strength to face all my problems. Without a doubt, all my fears and worries lessen every time I am reminded of this verse. ❤️ - @lianasletters ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Feel free to DM us your life verse and testimony to be featured on this series. 🌟 ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• 📸: © @unsplash | @whatisdelirium by @scribbledfaith

“Keep back your servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me! Then I shall be blameless, and innocent of great transgression.” -Psalms‬ ‭19:13‬ ‭ESV‬‬ ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• PRESUMPTUOUS. What does it mean?
Presumptuous - synonymous to the word presuming, meaning "too confident especially in a way that is rude : done or made without permission, right, or good reason." More often than we realize, we presume. In one day, I could presume that I'd wake up just like I do every single day. I could presume that everything will go well today in school or at work. I could presume that I'd get home safely just because I do each passing day. And the list goes on. With all the presumptuousness that I do, is there room left for God? If I already have my life presumably planned out, when and where does the Lord come in?

In 2 Samuel 5:17-25, David lives out what he preaches in his encounter with the Philistines. He inquired of the Lord the first time the Philistines came to attack and the Lord instructed them to go up against them. And yet the second time the Philistines came right back, David inquired the Lord a second time. Why? David could have easily chosen to fight back the same way he did the first time. After all, it was the same enemy at the same place AND he had already inquired of the Lord what to do. Yet David chose to ask again of the Lord and truly, the Lord had a different plan this time. What would've happened if David had presumed? If he had went along on what he thought knew best? Then the Lord would not have been able to go before them and struck down the army of the Philistines. David and his army may have suffered a great defeat instead. - @deeva.aicie ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Feel free to DM us your life verse and testimony to be featured on this series. 🌟 ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• 📸: © @unsplash | Ju On by @scribbledfaith
