Next year I move up into adult @spartanraceuk races. I know I’m only little and will take time to be ready.

Started work with mom and @solomon.iain to get ready and be ready to run with them on open races and then hopefully after 2 years of hard training I will be ready to chase my sister down.

It’s been hard this year with bad growing pains and why not raced much and training been cut because needed to be careful but at least I know I am growing.

I got to do some 🏃🏼‍♀️ in the hills and loved the trails. When i was running this noise made me jump so much, it was fighter jets flying over the lake, so cool to see. taken in Little Mell Fell by @scruffybear.ocr
