As much as I have enjoyed being back in Miami I still miss the amazing people at @nixtataqueria in Austin, Texas .

Chef @edgarrico and @saramardanbigi made me feel at home right away with open arms . I honestly had never felt so welcomed from the start anywhere . There is truly something special about what they do here .

In a world being dazzled by fancy dining rooms and art there is always one thing missing , the hospitality . From the way they source their ingredients and treat them and how they treat every guest and make them feel at home . It really is something that you can feel .

This dedication and passion is what drives amazing experiences for people simply sitting around a table enjoying each other’s company . This is something you simply just can’t find everywhere anymore .

The people that work here are rockstars and truly examples to the community for all they do and provide for Austin . If you haven’t been already please visit this amazing team and tell them Chef Chris sent you . Much Love ❤️
