FULL WORKOUT ⬇️🥵 This will have your shoulders pumpyyyyy 🤯 • 1) Tricep pushups 4 sets of 12 - Love to warm up my Tris this way. 2) DB Seated Shoulder Press 4 Sets of 6-8 - Goal shouldn’t always be to push out 10 reps, go UP enough weight that you can’t. 3) Super Set : Cable Front Raises / Side Raises 4 sets of 6-8 - I went heavier on the front raises , did 10 on each side and then dropped weight to start the side raises straight after. 4) Rope Tricep Push Down 4 sets 8-10 - keep your elbows nice and tucked, don’t swing your arms. Focus and slow down your reps. 5) Cable Straight Bar Upright Row - (Overhand Grip) 4 sets of 12 - Don’t shrug your traps. Make sure your shoulders are the only thing bringing the bar up. 6) Rear Delts on Seated Fly.M 4 sets of 12 - 7) Standing Overhead EZ Bar Press. 4 sets - Burn 🔥 OUT. ***Your shoulders are very vulnerable so please don’t EGO lift #bouldershoulders #triceps #upperbodyworkouts #girlslift #miamiflorida🇺🇸 by @sculptedbystephh
•• FULL workout 🗯️⬇️ 1) DB RdL - Go heavy and really focus on that mind to muscle connection with your Hammies! I use 2 plates to elevate my toes. NOT needed but I feel that it helps me. 2) Reverse Lunge - I do 10 on 1 leg and then 10 on the next , your rep range depends on how heavy you’re going. It can be 6-8 🫶🏼 3) DB Hip Thrust - 10,10,10 10 full range thrust, 10 second hold, 10 pulsing 4) Abductor machine - 5) Adductor machine - Started incorporating this into my routine, didn’t realize how weak my adductor’s were, important to be overall strong!!! 6) Seated Calf Raises - Burn out 🔥 • #letsgo #fitness #heavylifting #rdl #hipthrusts #glutesandhamstrings #unitedstates #pattycake by @sculptedbystephh
